Im crap scared of needles, and i have 3 tatoos i want to get done when i turn 18 in january. I might get the 5/10 year tatoos, then if i dont like them they'll go away, but i want the ALk3 star on my left inner wrist, and it surrounded by stars all around my wrist, and that rebel logo too. But, as i said i have an immence fear of needles, but im determind to get it done.

EDIT, i wouldnt mind the Blink182 smily face, like, behind my ear or something.
I really wanna get a tat as well, but I'm kinda scared too, plus I really can't think of something I'm sure I'd be happy with. I'd want it to be something personal, and something I'm sure I'd definitely stay happy with.

Which at the moment, leaves me with no ideas. Never mind, I can't afford one anyway.
That's why I think I'd be afraid to get a tattoo; I'm incredibly afraid of needles. I'm even terrified of getting a shot at the doctor's.

I'd like to get a couple tattoos done when I turn 18, but I don't know if I'll have the courage.
Yeah, the doctors make me lay down if im having a needle so i dont faint :-/

I dont have long till im 18, hopefully i wont have any money to put me off getting them done because i know people are gonna shout if i dont.

I cant think of anything personal realy, i dunno if i want the alk3 star, id be scared that they make a crap album and they put me off them, at least with Blink182 there finishes and i love every song by them, theyve been my favorite band for ages and will be a great love to me for a long time to come. Also, star wars, best movie saga ever, so i wouldnt mind that done.

One problem i have is wear to get them, maybe Blink182 behind my right ear, and star wars on my forearm.

Mute Print 11-26-2005 08:09 PM

I have Stay Asleep but I've never listened to it. I will as soon as NOFX is over.

cobert 11-26-2005 08:13 PM

/mom's friends are tatoo artists.

My mom has like, 20 tatoos, so she knows everyone at a few shops. Ill be able to get mine before i turn 18.

Yeah. I'd agree I'd get the Blink smiley face one and the Star Wars one. The Star Wars one of course would have nothing to do with the stupid Rebel Scum though, I'm an Imperial man so I'd get that instead. Hmm..Imperial Logo on my left arm shoulder area and right below it the Blink Smiley?

Once, randomly, a guy came to visit us, who was a friend of my housemate's. He stayed here for a few days, and me and him got on great because we both are in bands, and like The Dillinger Escape Plan and weed. He lives with two tattoo artists, both of whom have needles just lying around the house. Apparently, once one of them got really bored and decided to tattoo 'FUCK' on the sole of his foot.

Good lad.

Id get one on each arm

I dunno wear i want mine, my mum says not to get them on my arms because i wont get a job, but i want to be a graphics designer, i dont think people care how you dress if you can draw good. The Empire logo is cool too though

I'd say one on each shoulder, not both on the same one, especially at such close proximity. It might look odd having one logo and then one directly underneath.

And dont worry about not getting a job with tatoos, just dont get them too high up on your arms. All my tatoos are going on my right arm and right side of my body for now, i want a full sleeve.

I want all mine on my forarms, wrists, or neck. I might wait and get a job, then use that money to pay for them.

Sounds like a plan to me.

Do lower back tatoos on chicks make any of you guys mad? THey might be sexy now, but just think of them when she's 40.

Mute Print 11-26-2005 08:29 PM

A friend of mine got a tattoo on her lower back last year. It looked pretty cool.

Untitled 11-26-2005 08:30 PM

I dunno, for some reason im not overly keen about girls with tatoos, i think guys can get away with it fine, but i think it makes girls loose there feminity, i dunno, im just being old fasioned.

I just plan to wear long sleeve shirts when I go to work and **** if I have a job like that. The whenever I get off my job I'll go and put on a T-shirt. I don't really wanna have much for tatoo's on my right arm though either. I plan to make it mostly just my left arm, then I want my right arm clean except for the underside of my wrist I want to have "She's All I Dream" put there. (A line from All Of This-Blink)

Keep in mind she looks about ten years younger than she is :-\

Mine are all going on my left arm, just because in college i wont be able to right with my right if i get them all on that. And all the jobs ive applyed for you have to wear short sleave :-/. I dont care anyway, ill be stacking shelves, why the hell should they care if i pump ink into myself.

Oh that sucks..Well..If they don't let me get the job because of my tatoo's then I'll sue them or something. Thats not fair, if I'm right for the job having tatoo's shouldn't affect anything. If I have to I'll wear long sleeve shirts on the job, I'm not sure why they'd appose that. My dad works with a girl at the police station here who's covered in tatoo's..but no one knew until one day she came to the Police Station's X-mas Dance thing in a dress. Everyone was like ! But I guess they couldn't have had a problem with it.

Seeing how every time i come on here, its on a page that ends in a 9 (and it usually goes on a page or 2), ill be here for page 2000.

EDIT: This is my last post in this thread tonight, im going to check out some other forums.

I kinda wanna be a History Teacher..So I'm not sure how well that'd work. Night Butler. Same to you Cobert.

B 11-26-2005 09:00 PM

Unless you want to teach at a Catholic school I can't see it being a problem.

HomeCatMickey8 11-26-2005 09:07 PM

So we lost both games, but we're a lot better than I expected.

Three freshman starting JV, how beastly. New Ben Davis move in needs to learn to go from 5A to 3A basketball... other than that, we should have a winning season for both teams.
Unless you want to teach at a Catholic school I can't see it being a problem.
Haha, I don't. I'm just slightly worried that they'll be like, well thats setting a bad example for the kids. If you go around with tatoo's on your arms then the kids might think it's a great idea to do it. Or that they'll think I'm some sort of Anarchy/Atheist/Druggie...Well..They'd be right about the Atheist part..but you probably get my point. I kinda just look at it like this is one of the few things I really love that I could make a fairly stable living off of and I don't wanna take any chances fucking it up.

Pazz 11-26-2005 09:10 PM

There's teachers at our school that have tatoos and nipple piercings.

Pazz 11-26-2005 09:14 PM

And this is at a catholic school.

HomeCatMickey8 11-26-2005 09:46 PM

There should be more good lookin' teachers of the female type.

Pazz 11-26-2005 09:48 PM

My careers teacher:naughty:, the thing is, she's married and has a daughter. I also had a hot science supply teacher the other day. I had her quite a few times last year.

HomeCatMickey8 11-26-2005 09:54 PM

I've never had a hott teacher...

I take that back, there was a substitute in 6th grade. Babe.

Who pays attention? Honestly...

Mute Print 11-26-2005 10:01 PM

I better start working on my articles. I have to write two of them this week, because I don't want to skip another week.

And I really need to think about my FA one of these days too.
Who pays attention? Honestly...
I pay attention.

That's how I do well in school without studying.

Mute Print 11-26-2005 10:03 PM

Same here.

Paying attention in class > studying at home

HomeCatMickey8 11-26-2005 10:04 PM

I get straight A's without doing either...

I know I'm screwed for the rest of high school and college, but hey, I'm lazy.
