What's so funny?
cobert 09-10-2006 05:41 PM

The punk forum is serious business.

Eliminator 09-10-2006 05:41 PM

I never ever ever go in R/M. About once a month I peek in punk and see the odd A Wilhelm Scream thread. Im kind of a reg in hxc.

Hep Kat 09-10-2006 05:48 PM

I like the R&M community thread, but that's about it.

I check in punk to see what's what, and I post in the Afi thread. Not much else, though.

Eliminator 09-10-2006 06:02 PM

I think I might go for a walk tonight.

omg eliminator leaves house

MattSharpIsCool 09-10-2006 06:04 PM

Its good for you, every now and then.

cobert 09-10-2006 06:06 PM

I like to walk places late at night, even though its not safe, because I live in the ghetto.

Eliminator 09-10-2006 06:07 PM

I usually got when the sun starts to go down and it's a little dark. Walks are usually pretty enjoyable when I'm tired of being in my house and around my family all the time.

MattSharpIsCool 09-10-2006 06:07 PM

Walking around aimlessly actually is kind of fun.

Eliminator 09-10-2006 06:08 PM

I usually walk around the same neighbourhood for an hour two while listening to music. Sometimes I'll stop and get something to drink and be on my space doggy ways. Woof.

Oh and it's also much nicer to think when I'm outside and around stuff than in here where my style is all cramped and shiz. Seriously.

Kif 09-10-2006 06:28 PM

If I walk around aimlessly where I live I'd get mugged.

Eliminator 09-10-2006 06:29 PM

That's what carrying a butterfly knife is for duhhh.

BridgeToSolace 09-10-2006 06:30 PM

For some reason I feel like this conversation has happened before.

Oh well.

/studies for two different quizes tomorrow. At least. I might have a third I forget about.

Kif 09-10-2006 06:33 PM

Rachel Bilson is leaving The O.C. :(

Also, Dead Rising OWNS!

BridgeToSolace 09-10-2006 06:34 PM

Have fun not being able to read the text on your non-hdtv television!

Does it realy?

I might have to buy it on thursday.
Have fun not being able to read the text on your non-hdtv television!
Yeah, since I didn't get a HDTV for my birthday :p

Butler: Seriously, there's just so much to do. I've not even completed 72-Hour Mode yet, and I already love it.

Haha cool, ill have to see how much i get piad and the shizz. I actully have no idea this month, i usualy work it out and im usualy about £5 out or so.

So whats the deal with the text? becuase i cant read it on my crappy portable tv in my room on the demo, so will i be able to?

Hep Kat 09-10-2006 06:49 PM

Yeah, Dead Rising is pretty sick.

I'll probably need Lasik if Capcom doesn't patch the text, though.

Kif 09-10-2006 06:58 PM

I guess that's something Capcom messed up with. It isn't entirely a bad thing. Everything that is on screen is usually spoken in voice too.

Other dude: If Rachel leaves, The O.C. is done. I'm not watching Ryan be a douche, Seth say some now unwitty comment and old rich people scoff.

Eliminator 09-10-2006 07:00 PM

I don't really watch television all that much anymore. Too buys wasting my life on the internets you know.

gice gice, question

today I jammed with this band and they play pop punk which is cool because i like it, but here's the issue: they are mega blink/green day fanboys. like, mega. on the upside, the one original we jammed to i liked a bit, so i think the project has potential, especially under my direction, but i don't know how much direction i'll get coming in as an outsider. so i told them i'd come next week at the least but, should i keep going indefinitely?

Pazz 09-10-2006 07:02 PM

Kif: Where did you hear this?

B 09-10-2006 07:07 PM

If I break the thread, then sorry.

Vince: If you end up writing more original stuff that you like as well as your bandmates, then I don't see why it matters? Also, are you drunk?

Fanboys tend not to get much past their initial influences.

Well but the question is, if I'm coming into this band comprised of 2 friends, will I get enough musical say to make it worth sticking out? And how much can I change them from their influences?

I'm not always drunk Kif :(

Eliminator 09-10-2006 07:12 PM

But you're always hairy.

That's true but we're not discussing my hair
