It's the sign in haterz everywhere we go, it just says "Who the F#@K is BoB?"

Up The Irons 07-30-2008 12:38 PM

that white dude in the picture looks like an older version of Randall "Pink" Floyd
ATM, you always seem to be going to the best shows. IT seriously sucks for an Aussie like me who gets very little good hip-hop coming this way.
you should keep listening to dilla and pretend that hes good, and a magical fairy will come and grant you 100 awesome backpack gigs it'll be ballin

ATM2 07-31-2008 08:48 AM

What do you all think of the new Murs/9th Wonder album?

I need to let it sink in some more.

ATM2 08-03-2008 04:00 PM

The new Devin the Dude mixtape is sick.

JonG 08-08-2008 11:29 PM

People Under the Stairs isn't headlining?

pff

And GZA's new album Pro Tools honestly doesn't sound promising so far in my eyes :(

His delivery isn't as raw as it was on Liquid Swords.

Time 08-10-2008 02:15 PM

I'm sure youve all heard this already but this is a track from the upcoming doom+ghostface collab: http://www.lexrecords.com/Angeles.mp3

btw, is chrome children worth d/ling?

ATM2 08-10-2008 02:40 PM

Sweet, thanks man.

Chrome Children is alright, a lot of it is forgettable. I'd say get Vol.1 and see what you think. Vol. 2 is slightly weaker.

Any fans of 40 Winks or Blockhead?

sgrevs 08-10-2008 08:07 PM

Diggin' some Dr. Octagon atm, haven't listened to him in ages.

Or maybe the beat just sucked, because gza's rapping alone can't save a track. he's got good flow, but it sounds like he's chewing gum when he raps.

Listening to GZA's Pro Tools for the second time at the moment. The beats are pretty good but GZA sounds bored when he's rapping. Really put me off.

Delay Pedal Boy 08-18-2008 06:08 PM

Blockhead is good, though I haven't heard Music by Cavelight or whatever it's called, just his production with Aes and Downtown Science

ATM 08-18-2008 07:31 PM

I'm also really liking Oh No's production on The Disrupt.

I'm listening to Wale - Mixtape about Nothing... really cool seinfeld themed rap.

ATM 08-25-2008 10:11 AM

Check out X.O. next, he is another DC rapper and Wale appears on the album.

http://www.myspace.com/xouptown

You can get it free just like Mixtape About Nothing.

ATM 08-25-2008 10:13 AM

I am interviewing Oh No on Thursday most likely, help me out with some questions.

sgrevs 08-25-2008 08:57 PM

Oh man that's awesome. Hit us up with the interview when it's done.

comity 08-25-2008 09:08 PM

Iai 08-26-2008 02:16 AM

Ask him what kind of friendly rivalry he has with his brother, and what kind of influence his dad had on him.

Time 08-26-2008 03:56 PM

ask him how he got into all the world music he samples on Dr. No's Oxperiment

comity 08-26-2008 04:18 PM
