So, I was just at the freshman float building party - I know, shut up - and then the freshman calss advisor pulls up, and he gets out and starts walkinga round. So I'm hanging around, spray paiting windows onto buildings and such, and he walks over, and says "Hey, nice hat," I'm wearing a black hjat with a Dead Kennedys pin on it "I was just listening to Fresh Fruit ont he way over here." So then we get intot his big conversationa bout the Clash and Minor Threat. He's my favorite teacher ever.

I met a guy at the bus stop who was wearing a Minor Threat shirt and a Straight Edge hat and asked me if I had saw Leftover Crack when they were in Oakland since he saw my jacket. It's cool meeting punk people.

Also had a guy ask me if I saw LCB when they were in SF because of my jacket.

Sucks that I have to say no to all these questions.

I plan on going to alot of shows this year. But with school the weekends are way too short!

Can't get to them. There is two bridges between me and SF, and very little public transportation that runs the times of shows, so I'm stuck. Once I get a car and license I'll try to go to more shows, but the price of gas and toll will keep me away from a lot. Once I transfer colleges I'll probably be closer to a bigger city though and be able to attend more shows.

Local-ish bands, Brewskies, Social Convicts, Rabies, The Rarities. Rarities and Social Convicts are Santa Clarita, Rabies are Ventura, and I dunno about the Brewskies, but they were badass because I yelled "Play some ska!" and they responed "You want some ska, fine, we're gonna play some ska for that kid" and acctually did. And they had like two songs and a half hour set so they just took requests for the rest of it. Plus I got really wasted and smoked a couple bowls with the drummer from The Rarities.

Nope, never made the effort to get my license in High school because I lived so close to school, and right now the price of gas ($3 a gallon), toll ($3 one way), and parking at my college ($2 a day) is keeping me away, but I may try to get it soon.

Im getting my permit soon. i still dont have the confidence to drive. :(
