10 days since I've been here, not that anyone cares but heres why, we just moved from Michigan to Mississippi which sucks really bad, but yeah, thats why i havent been on in a long time.

So whats up guys.

HomeCatMickey8 11-25-2005 06:09 PM

That's a big move...

chips88 11-25-2005 06:12 PM

This talk of basses reminds me of the time Chris and I got into a fight over me saying that Fender pbasses were better than Squire's.

and Spence, what's so great about that mp3 player. i.e. why should I get that instead of an Ipod.

form 11-25-2005 06:14 PM

Damn I already gotta go, be on later guys peace out.

cobert 11-25-2005 06:16 PM

Yeah, that is a big move.

I sually write basslines that are different from the guitar. The newest song my band recorded has me following the guitar through most of it though.

HomeCatMickey8 11-25-2005 06:17 PM

It's Friday night and I'm on ****ing MX... shiiiiiiiiiiit

They're more durable, ie. if/when you drop it, odds are it's not going to break, unlike and iPod. It's only $200 for 30 gigs, when you're probably paying about $250 for an iPod with only 20 gigs. And you can get 40 gigs for somewhere around $230-$240. The only down is basically that it's slightly bigger than an iPod, and that you have to use a scroll wheel, which doesn't seem as cool as a touch wheel.

cobert 11-25-2005 06:34 PM

SOMEBODY RECCOMMEND ME SOME SAETIA TO DOWNLOAD UP MY FRIENDS HOUSE.

billiejoe84 11-25-2005 07:36 PM

So, I'm just downloading the video for Banquet by Bloc Party. Allegedly, my friend Liam appears in it. I think he's lying, but I wanna be sure.

Excursions 11-25-2005 08:16 PM
It would be so fun to play in a hardcore band.
Indeed, indeed it would. It would be cool playing with a sound similar to Siege and Deep Wound.

cbmartinez 11-25-2005 08:16 PM

I just got Hypnotize and The Poacher Diaries.

Mute Print 11-25-2005 08:32 PM

I have to pick up Hypnotize one of these days.

I just downloaded Pregnant With The Senior Class by Angel Hair. I'm not sure if I really like it or not.

cbmartinez 11-25-2005 08:33 PM

Angel Hair pwns.

Fish 11-25-2005 08:53 PM

cbmartinez 11-25-2005 09:04 PM

Yeah, we hotboxed this kid's car and he got ****ed up and refused to drive. So we walked to Dunkin Donuts and got 50 munchkins and I got a Mint Choc Chip shake. The driver's friend had to come and pick us up and he was puking all over the place. Then we went to the mall and I got a Crunchwrap and got my hair cut.

Agoraphobic Nosebleed destroys.

Gnarmageddon 11-25-2005 09:07 PM

Mute Print 11-25-2005 09:07 PM

And I couldn't be happier.

Agoraphobic Nosebleed have breakdowns?

I've got Dead Heart's Self-titled and summit calle "The Words You Betray". Good stuff.

Gnarmageddon 11-25-2005 09:29 PM

Nomad or Touch, Jon?

Mute Print 11-25-2005 09:31 PM

I have a 60 gig iPod, and it was $400. I like it though, and my parents paid half, so it's cool.

BridgeToSolace 11-25-2005 09:32 PM
Nomad or Touch, Jon?
Nomad.

Touch is just a gimick. There's no point.

Plus, since I need the storage, and I want my parents to spend the least amount of money possible, it was by far the best option.

DJ Ducksauce 11-25-2005 09:35 PM

A few months after I get my 20 gig iPod photo for $300, they start selling 30 gigs that play videos for the same price. :(

Gnarmageddon 11-25-2005 09:35 PM

Yeah. I love my Nomad. I didn't even know they made 60 gig ones.

Mute Print 11-25-2005 09:38 PM

I got a 20 gig iPod for Christmas last year, but it could even hold half my music, so I upgraded to a 60 gig a few months ago and gave the 20 to my brother.

Fish 11-25-2005 09:38 PM

i got my 20gb for $250 off because i bought it off a friend

When I can get a job, I might do that. I only have 5 gigs of music on my computer though. It'll take a while to fill it.

chips88 11-25-2005 09:44 PM

roughly how many songs are in one gb?

and chris, what is hotboxing???

Mute Print 11-25-2005 09:46 PM

I'd guess around 250 songs = 1 gb.

Fish 11-25-2005 09:47 PM
I'd guess around 250 songs = 1 gb.
unless you listen to Dream Theatre, then 1gb = 10 songs :p

DJ Ducksauce 11-25-2005 09:52 PM
unless you listen to Dream Theatre, then 1gb = 10 songs :p
I doubt it would actually be a whole gig...

Fish 11-25-2005 09:54 PM

i know, im just saying they have long songs haha

DJ Ducksauce 11-25-2005 09:59 PM

A gig of music = 0.70866141732283464566929133858268 days.

That would be crazy to have 17 hours in 10 songs.

/is bored enough to figure that out
