lol, obviously engineering/science/math questions are far more difficult but I can't approach such a subjective question as this with formulas, algorithms, logical processes, etc. that I could if I was told maximize the efficiency of an internal combustion engine based on certain design specs.

I've been alright, just moved about a month ago to southwest South Carolina with my older brother. Trying to find a job until I can get some work in May as pre-apprentice work with the local Insulators Union. Hopefully going to be in next falls Apprentice class, which would make life a lot more stable and awesome, making decent money, working steady, and having a trade.

Insulators Union??? what. the. fuck. please explain what this is, because my non-American arse is mighty confused. I know what insulators are, from physics and chemistry, but I'm out of my depth here, haha.

Norway is OK. I'm pretty good as well. just programming and listening to underOATH's only good album day in and day out.

it's a labor union for Industrial Insulators. the work i would be doing is insulating ducts/pipes/whathaveyou in industrial settings. last summer i worked on a military base as a helper where they were erecting a new building. the money is good though. my brother as a second year apprentice makes $18.something an hour, and the base pay is $23-4 for journeymen in the South Carolina local region. my dad travels a lot and is in Illinois making $50/hr doing 7-12s (7 12 hour shifts a week) with all hours above 40 M-F at time and a half, any saturday work time and a half (even if not overtime), and sundays double time.
