I have no idea what I've recced lol?
But yeah, their demo is killer. I think the Portal comparisons are thrown around a bit much since Swarth was released, but Aethyrvorous fit right in with the Vasaeleth/Encoffination crowd. Not sure who/how they wrote their material, but one of them joined Impetuous Ritual on Bass. Hopefully they'll produce similar stuff.
Impetuous Ritual was one of those said recs dude...oh and I just read Berkays post so too was Ignivomous.... |
really liking Gorguts atm, grew on me like some sort of awesome skin rash
|
on my hazy inattentive first listen to new gorod (so far), i think i might like it more than their 09 thing overall. vocals are annoying at times though.

Good Tech Death. I remember when I first heard The Erosion of Sanity, I will never be the same. Love the intro to Condemned To Obscurity, song is sick. |
new ignivomous album leaked
awesome |
halfway through the new gorod
really good so far |
read: bland, uninspired and completely run of the mill
|
after second listen, new beneath the massacre album rules.
so far so good as far as 2012 tech death albums go. new HoP should be good. |
new gorod is pretty good actually
|
its probably their best album
|
lol no way dude
|
leading vision is still better
|
oh you mean the jazz metal album w/ death metal vocals that everyone loves on this site? nah
im listening to it now, it's not that great, but I appreciate it as a stepping stone to their current (and superior) uptempo style the only reason they played at a slower tempo on neurotripsticks and leading vision is their shitty chick drummer couldn't play tech death drumming |
leading vision is by far the best gorod thing
|
leading vision is by far the best gorod thing
^^^ just never have given neurotpfdgstsidicks much attention and process of decline was disappointing except for like 3 songs ep was meh |
heard the ep wasn't good so i never bothered with it
|
The EP was fine, it was two re-recordings, two random acoustic covers (wtf) and a decent 15 minute song that kinda sounded like if BTBAM weren't total pussies
|
gorod's ok, got bored with process of a ....

I actually really like it, but it's not really a death metal song.

I know it is. I never said otherwise.
|
maybe it's because i sort of gave up on btbam around when alaska came out... but that gorod song didnt really remind me of them
and i mean like, i loved them when alaska came out, but i felt like they lost the heavy and chaos idk |
they totally did
|
listening to gorod again, it's a 3.5 probably
carved in the wind might be their best song they've made |
