I too have been awake for 24 hours. I watched 300 and Outlaw last night. Damn I love outlaw it's like an english fight club, expect with a purpose and not some crappy reason.

Mexican Bandito 08-01-2007 07:33 AM

I watched the Prisoner Of Azkaban last night/this morning.
I was pretty dissapointed with the whole Shrieking Shack part, it seemed like so much more should've been explained in that scene.

Anyway, just phoned Leeds store to find out about a transfer in September. He said i might have to drop down to a 4 hour contract. I can't live off 4 hours a week pay :(
/re writes my cv.
I can stay awake for 24 hours easily, as long as I have something to do. Give me a career mode on a sports game or something.
I've done 28 hours straight on Football Manager before.

ChodaBoy 08-01-2007 08:09 AM

Did any of you applying for uni tick the box to send parents information off later?
I too have been awake for 24 hours. I watched 300 and Outlaw last night.
I was an extra in Outlaw. But they cut the scene I was in. Probably the reason the film was terrible.

I met Sean Bean and Danny Dyer on set.

2muchket! 08-01-2007 11:53 AM

I love Danny Dyer. One of the only actor's who I like all his films he's appeared.

Mexican Bandito 08-01-2007 11:56 AM

I've just found a copy of the term timetable i'll be working to next year.
Christmas break starts on the 23rd :( :( :(
We're going to have to re think our holiday plans >=[

Ugh I hate Danny Dyer. He can't act and is annoyingly arrogant.

2muchket! 08-01-2007 12:45 PM

Football Factory is my favorite film of all time.

And severance is one of the best comedy horror's since Shaun Of The Dead.

The_Passenger 08-01-2007 12:53 PM

I don't understand what's so great about any of Nick Love's films.

Or Shaun of the Dead for that matter.

Surf 08-01-2007 12:54 PM

None of Nick Love's films are good, this is a common misconception.

The man cannot direct.

And Severance was alright, better whenever Danny Dyer was off-screen. Hence why it trailed off towards the end.

see this is what I try to tell people but they don't listen.

2muchket! 08-01-2007 01:28 PM

Shaun Of The Dead is a modern day comedy classic.

I agree

Kif 08-01-2007 03:34 PM

You know what? I just realized I'm 19 in 9 days. It's bizarre. When I was a kid I anticipated my birthday for months, and now it's like just another day. I'll probably end up painting my room during the day and going out at night.

Mexican Bandito 08-01-2007 03:47 PM

you're younger than me?! wtf
I thought you were 23/24

My past 4 or 5 birthdays have just been other days, mainly due to the fact i've had exams on :(

Untitled 08-01-2007 03:51 PM

My birthday is on the most depressing day of the year!!!

EDIT - No its not. its the day before :)

Dead Star 08-01-2007 03:54 PM

mine is always the week before the october holidays

That's what I thought.

I'm 20 in a few months, which'll be weird. Don't really celebrate birthdays that much anymore.

The presents got less good. Or at least they got smaller.

Is that good or bad?

I've been pretty lucky since my birthday was always in the holidays when I was in school.

Dead Star 08-01-2007 06:34 PM

Kif 08-01-2007 07:41 PM

Squirrel 08-02-2007 05:08 AM

Wow, Kif is a lot younger than I thought.

2muchket! 08-02-2007 05:21 AM

I too thought Kif was in his 20's.

Pastorius 08-02-2007 10:09 AM

I'm in my 20's (just)

2muchket! 08-02-2007 12:24 PM

I'm nearly of the age were I can do so much and become an adult.

Jon 08-02-2007 01:11 PM

sup guys

Kif I always knew you were just under a year older than me but I always think of you as a bit younger, iunno.

now I'm 18 I really couldn't give a tory's bollock about age.

well maybe 21, so I can go to america, but yeah.

18 was what I've been waiting for for so long, and it feels so good.
That's what my 19th was like. We went to a house party the night before and didn't mention it to anybody. It's just lost all the specialness that it used to have.

I'm nearly of the age were I can do so much and become an adult.
me too....me tooo

Pastorius 08-02-2007 05:41 PM

Spaced, I prefer it.

And Josh, you are ugly. Very ugly and your penis is tiny.

*hasn't seen either josh's face or penis*
*except the penis, it's huge*

Kif 08-02-2007 06:07 PM

Spaced fo' sho', although Black Books is still hilarious.

Pastorius 08-02-2007 06:12 PM

I didn't see Spaced until like, last year. And I can say for sure, that I'm so so glad I kept up with Pegg and Frost's movies, despite not seeing Spaced, because they're two of Britain's best modern comedians. Certainly 2 of the most accesible anyway.

Squirrel 08-03-2007 07:18 AM

Out of those two, Spaced. Cause Black Books is painfully unfunny.

Josh, cut your hair or sth.

Patrick O))) 08-03-2007 07:27 AM

I seem to remember ages ago Pegg and Jessica Stevenson hosted some award, hinting at a third series =o

Patrick O))) 08-03-2007 07:28 AM

Jessica Hynes*

Pastorius 08-03-2007 07:28 AM

I don't think they will make a third series.

And if they do, it'll be when they're a lot older I think. (the characters)
