ran a mile and then hard ran some stairs for a good while

followed by steam room which made it all better

How fast can you run a mile? Idk how long it'd take me but I know it'd be awhile.

I can do it in about 7 minutes (which isn't too great) if I try, but I didn't go overly fast today because I had the stairs so it was like 10 or so today.

Damn man, 7 minutes seems so fast! No way I could even come close to that.
