Any news on the new Kreator or Slayer albums?

Last I heard about Slayer was that they had just finished writing and are in the studio, but don't hold me to that. The Kreator album is being recorded and mixed as we speak I think, and the projected release date is New Years day.

Well I remember when I got Spreading the disease everyone was all it's good but not great,well what the ****s up now people. Anyways, I've been listening to alot of classic rock lately so make fun of it i dont care STEVE MILLER BAND!\m/ (:lol: dargon you crazy mother****er)

Thats a cool site, but I think I prefer Metal Archives.

bnrmetal served me well when i was first seeking out bands, but he only has a limited number of bands. It's a good site if you want to check out a band's full catalogue or to find similar artists etc, but Metal-archives has waaaaay more information on underground bands and a lot of decent reviews. M-A is my preferred site, although, if it's down i head over to bnr.

EDIT: I entered myself into an air guitar contest at university, but don’t have a song chosen yet. Was wondering if anyone could mention a few good songs to play on the air guitar? :p

I got Extreme Aggression yesturday i have to say it didnt live up to my expectations :eek: Stefan [kreator on mx] told me it was far better then reign in blood so i got it andthought this is going to be ****ing amazing but althoough there are some great tracks there its no where near as good as RiB

SLAYER Frontman Rushed to Hospital, JÄGERMEISTER MUSIC TOUR Dates Announced - Sep. 2, 2004

SLAYER were forced to cancel their show in Myrtle Beach, SC Wednesday night (Sep. 1) after the band's frontman, Tom Araya, was allegedly rushed to a hospital as a result of suffering from kidney stones or a possible bad allergic reaction. There was been no official update with regards to Tom's condition.

Does anyone have the Megadeth-These Boots uncensored song somewhere, is the one of the remaster censored?

I believe the remastered one is censored, altho I don't have it but I've heard that.

its a shame it is because its a great cover IMO

its too do with the original songwriter not letting them cover the song but if you censore a certain amount of words you can or something like that. i think lol

lol from what I read it was just because Dave put some swears in it and they didn't like it.

Nah the original version wasn't censored. The remastered one was censored because the owners of the song didn't appreciate Megadeths expletive-filled cover, so they'd only allow it to be put on the album if it were censored. I don't know why the first one wasn't censored, maybe the copyright ownership changed hands or something.

SLAYER Explain Myrtle Beach Cancellation

A representative at SLAYER's management company has sent the following statement to BLABBERMOUTH.NET regarding the band's cancellation of their scheduled headlining appearance in Myrtle Beach, SC Wednesday night (Sept. 1):

"Tom Araya, SLAYER's bassist/vocalist, was treated and released from a Myrtle Beach, NC hospital on Wednesday after experiencing severe pain due to a kidney stone. SLAYER — who has had to cancel only one show in the band's twenty-one-year career — was unable to play the Myrtle Beach headlining 'Off-Fest' concert, but did play yesterday's [Sept. 2] Ozzfest show in Tampa. With the final Ozzfest show on Saturday in West Palm Beach cancelled due to Hurricane Frances, Araya will be able to go home early and be treated by his personal physician."

Nope. I've got in on my Comp, and as far as I've heard, it ain't censored

well the remastered one is defiantly cencored because i have it but like i said i wasnt too sure about the other

Anyone heard Annihilator - Remains i have seen it quite cheap but i dont want to risk it just in case its poor but its annihilator so im thinking it wont be :confused:
