Matt's amp broke so Erica did the clean/acoustic version of Real Mean, then everything got fixed in time to transition into the sped-up full length version for the last chorus. It was rad.

Not many people were there though. It wasn't really promoted and I had to ask around a bit to even find out when/where it was.

They played at The Secret Art Space in Bethlehem, which is a basement under some apartment complex. I missed it because my band booked a show a month before the RVIVR show was booked. :(

RVIVR gave the Fugazi speech to both Knoxville and Chattanooga and talked mad shit on anyone who wasn't super liberal punx from what I've been told.

yeah i've heard they get pretty preachy but that wouldn't stop me from dancing and smiling the whole time

they played a punk fest in Chattanooga called Do Ya Hear We? which is a bunch of older punx and shit and they apparently spent the whole time browbeating the audience and telling them how uncool it is for them to stagedive and shit.

They reportedly once called Black Flag "macho bullshit."

They asked me to push against a pillar in the basement because I'm 6'1" and little girls behind me couldn't see. I was cool with it because they were super nice and have empathy for short people.
