i've only heard desaster, who are pretty standard black/thrash. nothing too special.

Desaster aren't bad. Their early stuff was a lot better, but Hellfire's Dominion is their best.

The newest album is pretty weak sadly.

Just got back from playing a school concert.

spent like 5 months practicing 2 songs, and the whole thing lasted for 10 minutes. =\ it was pretty cool though. We played Ain't Misbehaving which is a pretty cool jazz song, and Rocky.

Jazz band is fun, but requires me to get up at 5:30 every morning. :(

7:45 for me. :p but that's only for concert band. Jazz band is after school.

i play in the brass ensemble too (which is the group i played with today) and that's during lunchtime.

btw, what instrument do you play?

Tuba for Wind ensemble (concert band) and trombone for jazz band.

I've been fortunate that my friends that got sent over came back alive, but one of them is going back in a couple months... war sucks. I'm really sorry about your friend.
