What bands are they playing with?

SnoCore is just a tour sponsored by snowboarding companies and **** like that. I like how all of the shows are in Canada except for one in NEW JERSEY. Hah!

Hawthrone Heights, TheSet, and Elias.

If there is one thing I learned from Amped and CoolBoarders 2001, it's that snowboarders listened to really crappy music. Also, framerate is inversely related to elevation.

Hawthorn Heights/Darkthrone super-group.

worst tour ever

alytee123 02-20-2010 08:13 AM

PTH always seems to tour with such shit bands.

beans 02-20-2010 12:13 PM

i remember seeing them with the acacia strain, too pure to die and all that remains a long while ago

Dimmu Burger 02-20-2010 02:58 PM

They toured with Unearth last time I saw them and that was a good show. Really though there aren't that many bands who fit with them.

beans 02-20-2010 03:02 PM

still though, they shouldn't be playing with the bands that they are, they have more in common with metal bands than they do with anything else

Dimmu Burger 02-20-2010 03:04 PM

It's hard to say though. If they play with Silverstein like they did they might make new fans, but with metal bands they might be more inclined to say "I didn't like them cause they're kinda whiny or emo sounding" because of the clean vocals. It's hard to say which scene is more open minded though. They're kinda stuck in the middle.

beans 02-20-2010 03:06 PM

v true. too heavy for the silverstein crowd

too whiny for the metal crowds

Dimmu Burger 02-20-2010 03:07 PM

Time to make your own scene! Get Sikth back together and bring them and Syncope Threshold out on tour.

2muchket! 02-20-2010 03:57 PM

And get The Arusha Accord in there too.

Dimmu Burger 02-20-2010 04:46 PM

That would be good, though they don't have much clean vocals to fit in with the others :)

Moon Flavor 02-20-2010 05:00 PM

If anyone ever wanted to assassinate PTH, they would just have the syncope threshhold play in place of them.

Nobody would ever know the difference

Dimmu Burger 02-20-2010 05:39 PM

Except tST is like PtH sans the good.

Dimmu Burger 02-20-2010 07:12 PM

I'm eager to hear some I, Omega jams.

Tyler 02-21-2010 12:22 AM

Syncope Threshold are so bad

Apoc 02-21-2010 04:23 AM

they never blew me away but it's not like they're awful

Tyler 02-25-2010 01:26 AM

Cheddar Cheese and the Mouse Traps finally put the "Saw" song online (Rody claimed it was already online in, like, early December).

PTH, Misery Signals,Number 12, and Scale the Summit was one of the best shows i've ever been to.

JonG 02-25-2010 05:05 PM

new material yet? fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu-

Dev518 02-25-2010 11:43 PM

They're a pretty awesome band. At the very least they're skilled musicians.

Dimmu Burger 02-26-2010 02:27 PM

Nah. They're pretty bad tbh

Tyler 02-26-2010 03:23 PM

Who?

Also, another new Cheddar Cheese song is up. It's the Jonas Brothers one.

Believe it or not this is good news, Rody usually does most of his inane songs when the rest of the band is working.

Aaron 02-26-2010 08:02 PM

This **** is terrible Tyler, and not in a *LoL iRoNiC* way.

Tyler 02-26-2010 08:57 PM

It's not serious
