FFS, i owned the theory test, then i was like 1 mark off passing the hazard perception, literally.

My own fault really, for a couple of the videos i totally just sotped paying attention, then i was like "ohhh shi"

Also, i got a letter threw from Rochdale council/student loan people saying the evidence of my step-dads income isnt sufficient enough, why didnt they tell me that when i fuking took it down to there office to hand it in, when they also checked threw it all.

Also, my mate plays all that warhammer stuff, or he did, and it ended up in me and him playing some Scottish guy who worked there in it, i didnt have a clue what was going on, seriously, i was just rolling the dice mainly, this was my constant face > and im sure the guy could see the question marks too, it was alright though, i wont start playing though, its properly expensive.

Dr Hooch 07-16-2007 10:48 AM

Theory test i ot full marks, haz perception scraped a pass

it's a load of bollocks though

"I'm sorry, you need to read up on what will and what won't develop into a hazard"

I mean

I mean

It's just silly

Yeah, i got 33 on my theory. 2 wrong

Hazard Perception is something that i think the examiners should be looking out for while your doing your practical exam, its totally different IRL then looking at a computer screen, its just rather frustrating, i really think its quiet pointless, and going to cost me another £20.

Squirrel 07-16-2007 11:10 AM

I lost one mark on theory and one on HP i think.

They do note your hazard perception on your practical; if you fail to react to something or dont notice hazards you fail or rack up a huge amount of minors and/or majors.

Its easier on your theory exam cause youre expecting it.

FVG27 07-16-2007 02:34 PM

I failed my theory first time. 1 wrong on the questions and 2 off on HP. But that's cause I clicked too many times on one :( passed my practical first time though :) that was in january and I've loved driving since. I've driven about 4 times to my gf's house 5 hours away, to southampton, bristol, oxford etc etc (ps I live in the town of teh shrews, so they're pretty far for a driving noob) One time my contact lens fell out while driving* which sucked :(

*on the motorway (ninj'd)

Jev 07-16-2007 02:39 PM

I've decided I'm going to fly instead of driving and get a pilots license.

ChodaBoy 07-16-2007 02:54 PM

I was going to do that, but i'd fail the health test

Jev 07-16-2007 02:56 PM

What does the health test include?

ChodaBoy 07-16-2007 03:01 PM

Mostly just the general stuff I believe. Eye exam, reflexes, chest thingy with stethoscope, and the cough test too (or so I hear)

Squirrel 07-16-2007 03:06 PM

I had the cough test once.

Jev 07-16-2007 03:06 PM

I think I can manage that.
last one being especially uncomfortable though.

ChodaBoy 07-16-2007 03:07 PM

There are only certain doctors qualified to perform it though, so google your local doc

Squirrel 07-16-2007 03:09 PM

What the, really?

It doesnt hurt or anything, its a perfectly normal procedure. I do not believe you have to be specially qualified to do something that trivial ..

ChodaBoy 07-16-2007 03:11 PM

No i dont mean to hold someones balls, i mean the whole test for pilots

Squirrel 07-16-2007 03:12 PM

Hahaha, ok :p

Lol, now i have this scene in my head of a couple trying to have sex.

"will be you a dear and toss me off."
"but one cannot touch your penis, im not a qaulified doctor to touch such a thing"

ChodaBoy 07-16-2007 03:22 PM

Judging by the way you have phrased that makes it look like the Queen and Philip.

Jev 07-16-2007 03:37 PM
No i dont mean to hold someones balls, i mean the whole test for pilots
I don't want to be a pilot anymore.

ChodaBoy 07-16-2007 03:40 PM

Good, the hours keep you from a social life and apparently it gets very boring over long haul flights

Untitled 07-16-2007 03:41 PM

a helicopter could be fun, because you could land it anywhere.

I would fly mine to morrisons, and land it on the part of the car park no one ever uses, then just fly off with ma shopping.

Squirrel 07-16-2007 03:42 PM

big ideas itt

Jev 07-16-2007 03:46 PM
Good, the hours keep you from a social life and apparently it gets very boring over long haul flights
I didn't want to be a proper pilot, just fly around for fun.

Dead Star 07-16-2007 03:47 PM

flying your own helicopter would be pretty badass

ChodaBoy 07-16-2007 03:51 PM

It'd cost butler about £600 to do one shop

Untitled 07-16-2007 04:08 PM
I didn't want to be a proper pilot, just fly around for fun.
Id like to get a share in a little plane or something one day if i can afford it.
It'd cost butler about £600 to do one shop
If my plans for my life come true, then i can afford it, big if mind.

Today im thinking "i want to get a building commissioned in london", pretty much impossible though, seriously seriously hard to do.
