or scene-o

Surtr 07-09-2007 12:12 PM

That's plain crazy.

I've never seen it rain that hard, ever.

ChodaBoy 07-09-2007 12:12 PM

Why the hell arent we getting this rain? Every other part of the country is swimming, and we get some light showers every day or 2

Untitled 07-09-2007 12:14 PM

Adam it was raining properly heavy this morning

I will make the presumption that you was in bed.

Also, ive seen the bed covers i might buy for uni, haha >_< im not going to get them yet though, shop around see if i see anything nicer.

Squirrel 07-09-2007 12:16 PM

Took me a while to get used to my bed in my first year of uni cause it was a single.

ChodaBoy 07-09-2007 12:20 PM
I will make the presumption that you was in bed.
From 5:30am to 10:30am. I cant sleep anymore, highly annoying. Not getting more than 7 hours sleep any night and its not doing me any good

Untitled 07-09-2007 12:21 PM

I've been in a single bed all my life, so il have no problem getting adjusted to that.

I think that ill have a problem getting used to the bed for the first few days, and ill be longing for my bed back here, like on holiday you don't get as good sleep because your not in your bed, it'll be the same at uni for a while.

Surtr 07-09-2007 12:22 PM
From 5:30am to 10:30am. I cant sleep anymore, highly annoying. Not getting more than 7 hours sleep any night and its not doing me any good
This has been my life for about 3 weeks now.

I work about 14 hours a day, and get about 4-6 hours of sleep, tops.

It's not amusing, because trying to keep a social life just doesn't work when you get off work at 10Pm and need to be up again and at work for about 8am or so.

Mexican Bandito 07-09-2007 12:23 PM

I'm planning on buying twister duvet covers the minute I get my own place :upset:

Surtr 07-09-2007 12:33 PM

Hahaha explain..If by that you mean Twister (The game) then

Untitled 07-09-2007 12:35 PM

Yeah, i know people with Twister, the game, duvets lol.

I wanna start buying stuff, i dont have much to get tbh, but i wanna spread the cost, instead of going out and spending a load of money at the last minute.

Mexican Bandito 07-09-2007 12:38 PM

yeah the game although the ice cream on would be amazing. Those ice creams are the best

Untitled 07-09-2007 01:04 PM

are you actully going to use it to play twister on though?

Mexican Bandito 07-09-2007 01:10 PM

oh hell yeah

>_>

Untitled 07-09-2007 01:14 PM

Haha, i wonder if you get the spinner thing with it.

the one i want is sold out :(

Oh well.

Squirrel 07-09-2007 01:32 PM

I dont sleep more that 4 hours a night these days.

Usually wake up a few times too.

Untitled 07-09-2007 03:34 PM

So, the same piece of road that goes past my house here in Heywood manchester/lancashire goes past my flat i will be moving into in leeds, this quiet amazed me, and has made me tempted to walk home one day, even though that would take a stupidly long amount of time.

Surtr 07-09-2007 04:37 PM

Haha that's intense Butler.

So Cops called my friend up and asked him to come into the station tomorrow and write up some thing about graffiti.

They musta' saw him talking about it over MSN or something. He hasn't even ever done any form of graffiti but he just enjoys checking out and taking pictures of some of the really good stuff around town.

It's funny, 'cause they're going to be like "Do you think graffiti is a good or bad thing?" and all those kinda' stupid questions. I mean I understand the cops are trying to catch the people who are doing graffiti and stuff, but seriously, it's not hard to figure out. I can name at least 10 people I know of, that basically openly admit to it. And here my friend is, just taking a few pictures of it, and they're after him. You'd think they'd give people credit and assume that someone doing graffiti would be smarter than to take pictures of their own work.

My favorite part is, my dad's a cop and if he sees my friend at the station tomorrow, even if I explain my friend didn't even do anything, he'll most likely not let me hang out with my friend for a while.

Dr Hooch 07-09-2007 05:00 PM

How do they know he has anything to do with it whatsoever?

Wiretaps aren't exactly allowed as evidence in grafiti cases.

If you're anything like a normal student, you'll be too drunk the first week to care what bed you sleep in.

Untitled 07-10-2007 03:46 AM

Yeah, tbh i did think that during freshers fortnight ill be to drunk to care.

On the agender today, tidying my room :(

My mum keeps moaning at me and its irritating now, so im just going to do it, she wins :(

Mexican Bandito 07-10-2007 05:25 AM

Squirrel 07-10-2007 05:27 AM

Well theyre taxonomically classified with elephants all the way down to the exception of Genus and Species so yeah you'd imagine theyre similar.

Thank the Romans for that, mate. When you get into Leeds, you'll have to become aquainted with Harrogate Road. Another product of Roman Britain, I feel.

Squirrel 07-10-2007 09:27 AM

Hah, I live on Harrogate Road.

Mr. Black 07-10-2007 09:28 AM

So do many of my friends

Reed This: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/dorset/6288640.stm

Mr. Black 07-10-2007 09:33 AM

You presume correct dear boy.

I will, thank you Roman Britain.

When ever i think of the Romans i always think of Adam Heart Davis and "what the Romans did for us" them shows where kick arse.

I dunno what its called, but its the A58 goes past mine, called Bury New Road here, no idea what its called over Leeds way though.

Dr Hooch 07-10-2007 10:48 AM

ChodaBoy 07-10-2007 11:14 AM

Chemist: Hi, how may I help you?
That Guy: Im looking for a condom ribbed to pleasure a cow...
Haha, that news report is terrible; looks like it was written by a 10 year old.
