The first half of the solo I've been trying to write, if anyone's interested. I want the second half (basically the same chord progression again) to be a bit more widdley, but I really can't be bothered at the moment because my computer keeps playing silly buggers, and it'll take me long enough to record a take I'm happy with even without my computer being stupid.

Actually, there's no way of knowing what one thing sounds like to someone else. Everyone processes things differently from actually getting the sound to how they analyze it, so you're quite wrong. :)

It can, if you change the way you analyze the sounds you hear it can sound very different, it's a long process to change though. If you play guitar from age 5 though, you hear music different from other people when you're 15.
