I need you're help boys and girls...

with the recent price increase in mapex...i've decided to *possibly* ditch the whole m birch in studio setup idea...i've been thinkin of maybe getting the Pro M classic setup in Platinum/bermuda sparkle but i'm not sure...

opinions of semi-pro kits no higher that 1200 cdn?

Quinto 06-28-2006 11:43 PM

are you serious, mapex raised prices?
has it showed up on massmusic yet?

It's just a cryign shame most of you will never know the joy of In 'n Out.

Puts fast food to absolute shame. You when you only have 1 thing on the menu and the lunch time drive through is 50 cars... you did it right.

Brokensticks 06-29-2006 12:53 AM

What does it mean when it says Elite under your name?

Janeway 06-29-2006 12:56 AM

Aw, shit.

I've been laying in bed for two hours trying to fall asleep.
My stomach is upset now, and five minutes ago I got out of bed because I thought I might barf. Now I'm sitting here praying to god that I don't.
It has to be one of the most vile acts imaginable. Ugh.

Josiah 06-29-2006 12:58 AM
I saw one on Sunset when I was in LA. I never had heard of em before so I didnt go in. :(
Thats ok! You'll have time to check em out.

For those that don't know, they are limited in location geographically because they only build resturants within a day drive of the distrubution center, because they never freeze anything it must be delievered before it goes bad. ONe of many cool aspects.

Tang. 06-29-2006 12:59 AM

Hope you feel better Pes. I know how much that sucks.. especially when you feel like if you move you're going to puke everywhere..yeah..

well, get well soon.

Brokensticks 06-29-2006 01:02 AM

I puked 3 times the other day. I had a lacrosse game then went into my car which was boiling inside and hurled out the window 2 times then once in a bush.

Sorry - that seemed to be the topic.

Josiah 06-29-2006 01:02 AM

Sometimes it's better to just get it over with and get whatever is the problem out. Take your finger.. and well...

It's not pretty or cool, but really if somehtign is inside the tummy that is makin it wig out. Might as well hit the reset button.

Brokensticks 06-29-2006 01:07 AM

I know. Right after I felt fine. Was just from all the heat and running.

can somone tell me what Elite under my name is.

Janeway 06-29-2006 01:07 AM

Nevermind. =/

It was gas, apparently.

Wait...maybe not. I belched a few times and it felt better but it's kind of coming back.

Rep system's back. You had stars from last time.

Brokensticks 06-29-2006 01:14 AM

Sounds good. Thanks man.

Im off to bed though now - Have to get my report card tomorrow. Only class I was angry about before exams was science. Teacher sucked - I wasn't interested at all - didn't care for it. I was getting 71% before the exam which was quite hard and i've received one C+ before and I know I have another :(!

Jezen 06-29-2006 01:50 AM

I was elite, but then DBJ neg repped me 3 times for no reason, other than to take my eliteness away. :(

Janeway 06-29-2006 01:52 AM

It's 3:30. I don't feel like going to bed.

Edit: Soz I've been thinking all night about this girl I used to go to school with. She's from the Caribbean and we always would pass each other in the cafeteria hallway. That particular hallway has a glass display case of art crap, and one group of smart asses decided to make a montage of the Spongebob and Patrick love affair.
One day she was looking at it and completely freaking out about it.
It was like 'Homfg it's a fricken' joke lady' but she's all insane about it. And it like hit me today that it's like that in the caribbean. It's like, damn.

I hate it 'cause I can't listen to reggae and not feel weird.

Pauly 06-29-2006 04:12 AM

Does anyone else hate the fact that spaghetti takes so bloody long to eat, because you have to be so cautious? You twirl it around your fork, slowly lift it up to your mouth - god forbid any fall off and splash sauce onto your white shirt, and then you try to manouvre a huge forkful into your mouth without any hitting you in the face.
Its like a huge game the spaghetti inventors made. 'You really want this spaghetti don't you, fat boy, too bad most of it will end up down your shirt.'
Which is why, tonight, I'm cooking the inch long spiral shaped pasta. You can shovel that down with a spoon with no spills.

As for other annoying food, don't get me started on fish with bones...

I wanted to eat there last time I was in LA but we never saw one :(
The Big Lebowski did wonders advertising their product to me.

And I have no clue how often the McRib comes around. Don't try it though. Maybe you'll be immune to it, but you could also get addicted. They're not even that good.

Berk 06-29-2006 07:36 AM

Im bored.

Sunshine 06-29-2006 09:52 AM

Congradulate me, everyone.

I got a 1750 on my first SAT.

Which is pretty good when you consider the fact that I would rush through the sections so I could start drawing and twirling my pencil [much harder than a drumstick].

jalel 06-29-2006 09:57 AM

Nice score, very impressive:thumb:

I didn't take the SAT but I took the ACT only once and scored a 31......
