I want an acoustic band. Any recommendations, Jon?
Everything on the podcast, silly. Honestly, I'm pretty sure that's all the acoustic bands that I know of. |
This is why America is so overweight. We take time off from work to do nothing but eat and rest and be lazy.

Is SOTS on the podcast Jon?
|
I can see why you would say that... but hey, we all look through differnt windows.
Depths: My computer is too slow to send songs via AIM (ask Spence)... I wish I could help you out with it though.
If you like Bright Eyes, check out http://www.purevolume.com/kevindevine. Kevin's vocals have a slight shaky-ness that reminds me a lot of Oberst. Plus, he takes out all that folk crap that BE uses. |
You guys are posting machines! Every five seconds there are 10 more posts in this thread.
Is SOTS on the podcast Jon?
Yes, last song on the podcast (the third). "Tonight"
Haha, alright I will download them later this week. I have like 6 MSN conversations open and I don't think downloading music right now would actually work, since I'm preoccupied.
' I'm off for the next few days so I could send them to you on AIM. Abridgetosolace. If you don't have AIM, tell me your e-mail in afew days (I wont remember it if you tell me now) and I'll yousendit it to you and anyone else who wants it. |
I like Canadian Thanksgiving. If I had the American one, it would be to close to Christmas.
yeah but no school = w00t :p |
hmm...maybe i'll move to the states for a short period of time, then move back after thanksgiving. I'll be at your house at 5 tomorrow, I'll just use that map thing in that other thread to find where you live :thumb:
My uncle has both Thanksgivings. He comes up to Canada for the Canadian Thanksgiving every year to see his son and the rest of us. And then he gets his own Thanksgiving in November. |
Is SOTS on the podcast Jon?
SOTS? |
yeah but no school = w00t :p
We get two days off for our Thanksgiving. But, I suppose if we had both it would be extra days. Just tell your school your american and take the extra days off. |
SOTS?
Superstitions Of The Sky Me and him are telekineticly in tune with eachother. We understand initials easily. |
Hey, apparently A Farewell To Arms doesn't exist anymore.
http://www.purevolume.com/coreycrowder But the guy is now under his own name. Of course he's about to get a full band (the unfortunate fate of all acoustic, it seems), but theres a dozen or so new acoustic songs in that purevolume. |
That's a bummer I really liked that song. I will check out the other stuff.
|
Jon, are you ignoring me on AIM ?
:( |
That's a bummer I really liked that song. I will check out the other stuff.
The stuff under the new name sounds exactly the same. Until he gets stuff recorded with a drummer, it's basically the same music.
Jon, are you ignoring me on AIM ?
I was about to put Superstitions Of the Sky in a single folder, but I got sidetracked by an English poem I have to write. My bad. |
Is Uxbridge bigger than Bowmanville?
Wow I just finished listening to the podcast. It was amazing.
|
Is Uxbridge bigger than Bowmanville?

pop. 16,500
hic town .... umm... what else can i say... Its a big township but small town :p
Oh, well then Bowmanville is twice the size of Uxbridge. Bowmanville has a population of 30,000+. |
I think their about the same.
Really? I've never really stopped in B-ville before, but I've played soccer in Uxbridge... all I saw was farms and farms. We killed them like 6-0. They had this one striker, who got the ball at half, and my cousin and I are defence and were at the other teams box, and we caught up to him in about 5 seconds. He was the slowest man ever. End rant. |
So I downloaded Jon's podcast and my computer said "no sir, we don't have enough disk space on this mofo." So now I have to go without it:upset:
|

Jon what was the band that played the first song on the third part of the podcast. It was something Diaries. I couldn't pick it out.
