Ya wuss

hannah2737 07-26-2006 08:37 AM

I did try a bit of my dog's Chappie when I was little- out of curiosity mainly. He seemed to enjoy it so much and I wondered what all the fuss was about.

GurS 07-26-2006 08:39 AM

yeh, curiosity led me to try them. Taste was alright but they were ****ing dry. Too dry.

Mind you, curiosity also led me to baby octopus salad, and we all know how THAT ended up.

or, those who bothered to read the post I made about it know, at least.

hannah2737 07-26-2006 08:41 AM

Yeah I'm gonna be needing a link to that thread

GurS 07-26-2006 08:44 AM

It wasn't really a very impressive post :upset:
Things I learnt from lunch:

Swordfish is too gamey for my liking

Baby octopus, eaten whole, still rubbery, is nasty. Taste's alright, but it's the texture that is ew.
hannah2737 07-26-2006 08:50 AM

fair play

is it like eating snails? and also, where the hell do you go for your lunch?!

PAJJ 07-26-2006 09:14 AM

i think snails and octopus are both pretty good, they not really similar though

AG 07-26-2006 12:41 PM

Dunno yet, there is a sort of inside joke going on about cliche and cheesy stuff, so I think cinemas fits the bill.
I've been playing Dawn of War all day.

I am now listening to Dragonforce

I am now fighting the urge to bust out some Warhammer figures.

Oh god.
I spent my weekend skipping through the Lord Of The Rings films, watching all the fights (go me), and since then I've painted up Gimli

For reference, LOTR Warhammer is lamer than Yu-Gee-Oh.

Jev 07-26-2006 03:06 PM

LOTR warhammer?

What were they thinking?

Patrick O))) 07-26-2006 03:07 PM
For reference, LOTR Warhammer is lamer than Yu-Gee-Oh.
Troo dat. Cool models though, I always wanted the Elrond one. They should've just done it like Warhammer with regiments and skirmishers and stuff. The way they've done it the whole game seems a bit ... sparse.

I've got a bunch of conversions done but unpainted kicking around somewhere, I might do them one day

2muchket! 07-26-2006 03:12 PM

I enjoyed Yu-Gi-Oh.

Jev 07-26-2006 03:18 PM

Me too.
