Taken are awesome, in the similar vein as 7A7P and SHAI HULUD awesome

Just because some bands are entry level, doesn't stop them from being also some of the best in the genre.

define the great line is the only thing i have that i kind of like. really can't stand much else.

I enjoy a lot of metalcore, including Diecast, As I Lay Dying, old Killswitch Engage, and several other similar bands. I also have UnderOath's [i]The Changing of Times[/i], but I hate everything they've released since then. They were at their best back in their earliest days. You know, when they had balls.

Have you heard their last two albums? They're pretty good. They're Only Chasing Safety is their only real misstep.
