Hey guys,

I just got back from a 2 hour long training session in my local sports hall with my rugby team!

It was brilliant, we played football, basketball and touch rugby.

Im knackered.

i dont play sports

i play drums :D

I try to keep active as much as possible....

Walk to school, play rugby alot for my team, play rugby for my school, have the odd kick around with a football and i have a 14ft trampoline in my back garden that i jump on :D

i'm taking my old boss to court. he owes me $143.24. basically he had me scheduled to come in to open one morning. then the day before he told me not to come in until later, someone else was coming in in the morning and we were switching schedules. then the day of he calls me to let me know i'm fired because i didn't show up in the morning. which is cool because (obviously) he's a d[B]i[/B]ck and i hated the job, and i'm starting a new one soon anyway. only problem is now he's holding me responsible for refunds from people who were supposed to pick things up that day and nobody was at the store because he told me not to come in.

so now i'm taking him to small claims court. but the trial won't be until early may. so i won't be getting a dime from him for another month and a half, assuming he doesn't delay the hearing ("oh sorry i can't make it, i'll be out of town that week, i'll have to reschedule for a different day"). which i'm sure he'll try to do. so i'm calling him tomorow to give him one last chance to just give me the money he owes me before i sue him for the $143, plus court costs, plus punitive damages (from me not having money to pay my bills because he's withholding it). and i know him. he will say no. so i will see him in court.

Nah i'm still pretty awake.
