yea i used to just do light lifting, like curls and ****. i mostly did a lot of crunches and push ups and chin-ups because i could just do them for hours while i watched tv and stuff. i need to lift more to put on more muscle though.

i think im gonna weed out my garden and hopefully plant some vegetables pretty soon. I'm in need of a constructive goal I think.

just work out and chug really packed protein shakes. you'll bulk up in no time at all.

I used to drink protein shakes too. When I was doing construction I bulked up really fast but I lost if fast. I hate my metabolism or something.

I used to drink some MAMMOTH stuff i think it was. I'm going to go back to eating a shitload of eggs too.

I've pretty much resigned myself to the fact I can't really get past 140 lbs so I'll just be the best 140 pounds I can be.

I'm around 135-140, I fluctuate. But I think I can push to 150+ if I keep putting on muscle.

I'm way stronger than I was this time last year and definitely leaner and have more endurance etc. but I weigh the same. As long as I feel healthy, that's good enough for me really.
