Speaking of music, The Trans Siberian orchestra is a collaberation between some of the members of Savatage(I think) and an orchestra. They are mostly known for their Christmas songs. They are supposed to be great live.

I was gonna see them this year, but the venue has been destroyed, and it is in the closed down section of Biloxi.

Is it traditional Christmas songs that they play? Or do they write music?

So I ended going to an Irish night in a youth club (?) not down though, my friends live there, so I had to sleep over.

That's awesome (not about the venue, but about TSO)...they're supposed to be coming down here to Paducah for a show soon, from what I've heard.

Everything is arranged more or less by Paul O'Neill of Savatage fame. They're known best for their Christmas and holiday music, but they also have an album entitled [i]Beethoven's Last Night[/i].

they actually come to my area every year around christmas. They always sell out the saturday show. I might go for the Sunday show actually. I heard they are amazing

Best album is probably Troublegum.

I've used [I]Screamager[/I] as an introduction for most people here, although Jom would fanatically recommend [I]Long Distance[/I] here.
