Cheese n' pickle. |
That's what I'm thinking, though I may throw in some turkey and toast the bastard up.
|
I'd make one but I really don't trust the look of my pickle.
|
So how about that music?
/discussion |
Ehh. I'd take a good sandwich over music anyday. Music is so passe.
|

The new thread title SOOO does suck...:( |

The new thread title SOOO does suck...:(
I like it. I don't really post in here though. |
Speaking of music, I will be burning a Sage Francis CD today and will show its greatness to my friends tonight.
|
Speaking of music, can anyone tell me anything about the Trans Siberian Orchestra? I've heard a lot about them, especially from my guitarist...
|
Speaking of music, The Trans Siberian orchestra is a collaberation between some of the members of Savatage(I think) and an orchestra. They are mostly known for their Christmas songs. They are supposed to be great live.
I was gonna see them this year, but the venue has been destroyed, and it is in the closed down section of Biloxi. |

So I ended going to an Irish night in a youth club (?) not down though, my friends live there, so I had to sleep over.
't Was fun. Lots of Flogging Molly and Therapy? and many drinks, another late night. |

Well, I had my sandwich. Turkey, ham, swiss cheese and pickle, and toasted. Fantastic.

NP:Beethoven-Op. 21 - I Allegro con brio, Symphony No. 5 in C minor
They play traditional songs, and they also write their own songs. |

Everything is arranged more or less by Paul O'Neill of Savatage fame. They're known best for their Christmas and holiday music, but they also have an album entitled Beethoven's Last Night. |
they actually come to my area every year around christmas. They always sell out the saturday show. I might go for the Sunday show actually. I heard they are amazing

They sound pretty interesting actually, I should look into them sometime. Do you have any recommendations? NP:J.S. Bach-The Goldberg Variations |

You'll have to wait two hours (class obligations), but I would be more than happy to send you one. If you can't wait, then try these songs from Christmas Eve and Other Stories: Christmas Eve (Sarajevo 12/24) Star to Follow (a children's choir is featured!) A Mad Russian's Christmas |
What up yo?
Jom, Russians = commis |
I thought you said Therapy? were there for a second.
Then I would've been envious.
Eh, I've seen them 4 times already. :p
Inspired by me
/sips guinness |

Just curious, what kind of music is Therapy??
God, that looks retarded, why do they need the, '?,' at the end of their name? |

They sound quite different on every album. According to Wikipedia :
Much has been made over the years of the unusual question mark suffix to the band's name. Looks cool, I think, though. |

Sounds pretty interesting, I like bands that change their sound up each album (Korn, In Flames, Opeth, Avenged Sevenfold, Underoath, etc.) a lot.
Jelle, have you listened to Halite?
No, I haven't.
Sounds pretty interesting, I like bands that change their sound up each album (Korn, In Flames, Opeth, Avenged Sevenfold, Underoath, etc.) a lot.
Yeah, they're not metal though, just metal influenced.
That's a pretty funny reason, if it is true, and yes, it does indeed look cool. Any suggestions on songs/albums?
Best album is probably Troublegum. I've used Screamager as an introduction for most people here, although Jom would fanatically recommend Long Distance here.
