BlackDeathMetalJazz or really ANYTHING else please- 09-03-2005 08:09 PM

I have an extremly open mind when it comes to music and discover new and great music all the time. You were offending every regular in this thread by making your "opinion" and you were intending to piss people off. Which I think is in deserving of a good long (perm) banning.

angusmaster 09-03-2005 08:09 PM
I suppose you've been spending too much of your time angering yourself over others OPINIONS, rather than discover new music, like the Kryonics of Berlin. They're visionaries, using even a Stroh Violin.

I'm quebecois, what does negrep mean? I certainly hope you're not being racist.
I dont remember who it was earliar that said it ( i think it was jpj or led before shred ) but i agree ,why are you in this convo when you dont like it .If your trying to spread your music , i dont think we are gonna listen now that youve made us mad.

Walrus Gumboot 09-03-2005 08:11 PM
Speak english please, fubbuck isn't a word.
Like I said before, we are all very open-minded and listen to many different genres, including folk, world, blues, bluegrass, jazz, prog and classical. Some of us even listen to metal. I don't think you could find a more musically diverse group of people on this forum than the CR fans, because CR isn't even a genre as much as an era of music, including many genres.

Hey, at least this assclown is keeping this thread from dying

I love morons on the internet. It's entertaining to watch them have nothing to do other than try to annoy people.

I think we've had a solid page of flaming in the last 5 minutes.
****! I couldn't imagine paying that much for an oz! :amaze:

I'd probablly quit if I had to pay that much.

Edit: I can get a pound for 200$.
A pound for $200? You've got to be kidding me... where do you live?

Wow. I really don't have anything better to comment on. That's sad. I should post in here more often, so I can keep up with what is being talked about.

/lame post

Lunch 09-03-2005 08:17 PM

You came in at a bad time, unfortunately. Just dealing with another wannabe internet tough guy who doesn't appear to know anything about music.

robo2448 09-03-2005 08:31 PM

After all that flaming our conversation kind of died. Umm... Cream is cool.

Seafroggys 09-03-2005 08:32 PM

I neg repped him too.

My first rep since I got these stars.....I should do some positive now. Someone say something nice to me ;)

Illmatic 09-03-2005 08:32 PM

I prefer Blind Faith

I love you. Yea that's right, I took it too far.

Blind Faith is great and all, but with only one album they can't compare too Cream. Jack Bruce also dominates Ric Grech.

I should invest in the deluxe edition of the Blind Faith album, where they have a second disc with some recorded jams and bonus tracks.

robo2448 09-03-2005 08:37 PM
I prefer Blind Faith
Blind Faith could have been as good as Cream if they released more than one cd. Members of Cream + Members of Traffic = awesomeness

I wish both were around longer. How great would a Blind Faith reunion be?

 I've never heard of that. That sounds awesome. Of course I've never seen the regular Blind Faith album in a store, so the chance of me finding the deluxe one is pretty rare.

Seafroggy's has the best avatar. Keith Moon

Do I get rep now? :p

There it is.

Illmatic 09-03-2005 08:41 PM

Cream is definitely close, but I find myself digging Blind Faith's album more than I dig anything by Cream.

And speaking of Cream

Fresh Cream = Wheels of Fire >>>>>> Disraeli Gears

I know you all are probably not interested , but since you said 2 discs , that reminded me about this , i got that new cd and dvd back n black thing , and its pretty cool IMO.

Edit: While we are talkin about cream , well , this is kinda related to them , but, im gettin the one more car one more rider cd and dvd for christmas , and i cant wait.

Lunch 09-03-2005 08:42 PM

Disraeli Gears went from being overrated in general to seeming very underrated. I really dig it. I used to prefer Fresh Cream, but not anymore.

DeusExMachina 09-03-2005 08:53 PM

My dad was at the first ever performance of Blind Faith. It was a free show in London.

Thats pretty cool , my dad hasnt been to many concerts , but hes seen zz top 3 times or so . Im surprised he dont have a long beard .

Edit: Ive got a question how did you guys , like lunch , get them stars.

Lunch 09-03-2005 08:58 PM

My dad's good friend went out drinking with the Who after one of their shows in New Jersey.

DirtyQuebec6969 09-03-2005 08:59 PM

First of all, Blind Faith is unremarkable. If you think Clapton's leftovers are worthwhile... then... suit yourself.

As for me, I'll be listening to my old Krishna Kanuga tapes.

That's cool. My dad made posters for bands in London in the 60's, so he got to meet/see quite a few bands. But he didn't have long hair. He thought short hair was cool, because Charlie Watts had short hair.

/random

To be totally honest, I am not a huge Cream fan. I haven't listened to them in awhile, but last I listened, I really couldn't take them in large doses. :upset: I guess I'm just not cool enough.

He's just being a prick throughout the forums, I think. He just went into the PF thread and said a bunch of stupid stuff.

It was basically stolen from me and I'm not upset at all.

Sub-par music for sure. (IMO) There's only like 3 songs on the entire album that's worth listining to. A waste of 33 min if you ask me.

*harsh*

I like Wheels of Fire the best. So many quality songs, plus the amazing live disc.

BludgeonySteve 09-03-2005 09:09 PM

I don't like Blind Faith very much. It just seems so crappy compared to everything else that Eric Clapton ever did.

Im gonna go in the PF thread and flame him. , naa , im just kiddin , i really dont like to flame anyone , unless they get on my nerves bad in this thread.

DeusExMachina 09-03-2005 09:23 PM

Don't clog up the PF thread with flames. The way I see it, unless someone continuously posts like a prick, people shouldn't all ban together and be like "omg u suck" over and over and over again.

Exept for that thread that was titled "is it just me, or does classic rock suck?". That was neccisary.
