Haz 07-02-2011 10:15 PM

towards the end now

why are there so many demos bundled with it

Aakon_Keetreh 07-02-2011 10:23 PM

idk to show the other side of it. i like the regular tracks more. dom has his ways i guess.

i really like the song where you can hear him speak

Haz 07-03-2011 03:14 AM

I found that a very satisfying listen

makes me want to listen to it more now

Drugstep 07-03-2011 06:01 AM

Aakon_Keetreh 07-03-2011 07:07 PM

nato uniformen is so fcukign longg. i have to do like 4 songs a listen or i just go crzy

Countorus 07-03-2011 07:14 PM

i love it, i've actually gotten through the whole thing once

new prurient is pretty cool i really like the second track, i think dom being in cold cave really influenced this one

Aakon_Keetreh 07-03-2011 07:15 PM

i think the change is more so that because other people worked with him on this release. it just wasnt all him this time.
I have that Alberich album gonna start chipping away at it over the next few days
i think id rather tackle that then what im listening to. this is a 10 LP boxset lol. 5 songs in out of like 130 or something. not like im gunna remember how any of these songs go

Countorus 07-03-2011 08:54 PM
not like im gunna remember how any of these songs go
like this pssshhvvvvvvvtssshhh AAAAA AAAHG vvttsshhhtssssss...cruhshshhhhshshsh

Aakon_Keetreh 07-03-2011 08:56 PM

lol well i wont be able to like recognize any of these songs after i hear them. trying to do a repeated listen to this will be tough indeed

Haz 07-03-2011 09:31 PM

the thing about noise and dark ambient and all kinds of relatively non-obtrusive music which is just long, repetitious and free flowing is that it's hard to latch onto anything memorable, unless you play it to death

should be just something you experience at the time of listening to it, it's like cleansing your mental palate

i think Boyd Rice said something like that once

Aakon_Keetreh 07-03-2011 09:38 PM

you know i think hes right lol

Haz 07-03-2011 09:42 PM

working through discographies of artists like Archon Satani, Maeror Tri and Zoviet France most of it is just the same sort of shit. I don't think is a bad thing though. I feel no particular desire to return to any one particular album with certain artists, but just to move on to the next one until i'm done

Aakon_Keetreh 07-03-2011 09:45 PM

this is why i love this type of music

i can never get enough of it

Haz 07-03-2011 09:53 PM

yeah. heiling new Prurient again
new prurient is pretty cool i really like the second track, i think dom being in cold cave really influenced this one
definitely

it's like retro 80's synths blended with noise, with a modern production done right

Aakon_Keetreh 07-03-2011 09:54 PM

ive only listened to it once i think. i gotta listen again but i dont wanna over play it

Haz 07-03-2011 09:56 PM

yeah

I was impressed by but got pretty sick of that last Cold Cave release pretty quick :(

Aakon_Keetreh 07-03-2011 10:02 PM

god i listened to that album like fucking a million times over its so good, but im bored of it too now

Haz 07-03-2011 10:19 PM
