i've been playing lacrosse for 4 years now

I think I would die attempting to play lacrosse.

And Lacrosse looks like fun but im too fat and lazy to play that ****.

I play defense. I get a ****ing huge pole to smack people with. And then run up the field and knock some heads together. It's damn fun. It's a blast to watch too

EDIT: it's a pretty brutal game in general though. my friend broke his leg on a hit and another one of my friends got sandwiched between these two huge mexican dudes. he ended up getting a concussion

Lacrosse was super fun when I tried. Since its our national sport basically everyone has atleast played lacrosse in gym at school.

I prefer doing paintball.

if we don't have a goalie, we have to throw our sticks in the middle and the coach picks a stick out. i got picked once in INDOOR (much faster, quicker shots, closer spaces) and i had gigantic welts on my arm cause i was just like '**** it, i can barely see in here, i'll just get hit'

I remember when lacrosse just started becoming popular around here, which was like 3 years ago. Before that, no one had heard it, and now everyone plays it.

My school has no Lacrosse, it makes me sad.

I've only played bucket games (no goalie, partial contact) so I haven't really gotten a true taste yet, but practice starts on the 27th, so that should be ill.

very true. if you can run fast (enough) and have long (enough) stamina then a fine middie you'll be. being middie isn't too hard. it requires a lot of running and decent ball handling.

if you get good at winning ground balls then you'll most likely be one of the better players on your team

I don't wanna sound all haughty or anything, but I'm by far the best new player, so it would be cool to catch up to some of the older guys by the time the real season rolls around in Feb.
