I have to find an avatar to use after Halloween passes.

Hmm.

Everyone knows that once Hallowe'en passes, it's Christmas time.

Akira 10-12-2006 08:35 PM

So, I just got back from a big dinner thing for cancer patients and doctors with my dad. It's amazing to see all these people who have managed to fight for so long.

Fix

Aerodyne 10-12-2006 08:36 PM

Will their be a fancy holiday avatar competition? It is about time I change 'tars, I don't really care for this one. Hmmm... *goes searching

Spaceman Spiff 10-12-2006 08:37 PM
Fix
Yeah, not in Canada.

And even in the US, I'm sure Christmas overshadows Thanksgiving once Hallowe'en passes... or am I wrong to assume that?

Spaceman Spiff 10-12-2006 08:38 PM

I tried changing my avatar once. Everyone got mad at me and made me change it back. :upset:
Everyone knows that once Hallowe'en passes, it's Christmas time.
I dunno. November is a bit early to start in on the Christmas avatar.

Efrim 10-12-2006 08:41 PM

Ben, you should bring back the Christmas hat platypus.
I love platypi.
I've been listening to John all night.

Eh...nah, you're pretty spot on :p

But our thanksgiving is so much cooler. Long holiday for commiting genocide? i mean come on, I'd be killing races of our land left and right if it were that easy to get a holiday.

I wonder if I still have that avatar... hmm.

Which album are you listening to? And did you go to that site and get the other 3 tracks from the '97 show? And furthermore, what do you think of it? Isn't it heart-wrenching at times?

Mr. Pickle 10-12-2006 08:43 PM

who ever has "Showbiz" listen to "falling down." is it just me, or does that song rule?

did i hear on conan last night the gaffigan is going to be on tonight with a new pale force episode?

We killed Indians too!

That's why I celebrate it. :D

Natives aren't all that bad.

My friend is 1/4 Native and is able to snag free meat from his stronger-blooded family. We had a huge feast of moose a while back.

Efrim 10-12-2006 08:44 PM

B-Sides.
I'm listening to The Will To Death right now.

But, I listened to all of Viper Room, and got another one from 97. I felt shivers when I listened to Helter Skelter on from that show, and Track 4 from Viper Room.

EDIT: I went back and listened to it just now. I can't believe I didn't notice that it was Beach Arab

Aerodyne 10-12-2006 08:45 PM

Hmmm. Gustave? Yes or no?

thelowsoundofbass 10-12-2006 08:47 PM

I was going to change my avatar once, then I realized that I wouldn't recognize my own posts with out it

B-Sides? You mean "From The Sounds Inside," the extra songs he released from TROWFTD? There are some great songs on that. I love "Penetrate Time."

And have you heard the songs he did for the Brown Bunny soundtrack? He does 5 of the 10 tracks, and there are some amazing ones on it.

John is just the man, that is all that can be said about him. I think that if he were to cut himself that music would come out, not blood. He just has that much music in him.

I don't think so...these are all live songs from other albums. There's five of them.

I have no idea what they are, then. I'll swap you those for the Brown Bunny tracks.

Mr. Pickle 10-12-2006 08:56 PM

wasn't "the brown bunny" a movie that richard ebert said was one of the worst movies ever made?

Who wants to pitch into the Buy Spiff A Microphone Fund?

The rewards for those who donate will be endless, and that goes for those who don't donate too, the consequences will be endless. So your best bet is to donate.

I think that people would be much better off donating to the Help Akira Get a Chapman Stick fund.

I don't know for sure yet, but I was told to go Shure. I really don't know much about mics, but I've been trying to learn a bit.

Except that all of his really nice basses aren't up on that site. Someone on TB made a customer gallery with all of his nice stuff and he makes a ridiculous bass for an unbelievable price.

Efrim 10-12-2006 09:27 PM

I like the buy Jesse money for undefined purposes fund more.

Are you planning on soliciting hookers?

If so, I'll chip in $20 if I can watch. :naughty:
