bicycle crunches/leg lifts

first you gotta lose fat or else there will be no tone, just muscle on top of fat

so

burn off some fat first, eat less fatty/sugary foods, more lean protein/fruits/veggies

yah because my body's already perfect but that doesn't mean i can't make it more perfect. i got a bit of love spread around my upper body gotta melt it away. i do heaps of exercise but i dont really give a **** about what i eat.

that's all diet

lifting and building muscle won't show unless you get rid of the fat

or run a marathon a day idk that might work
