Well, I am looking for cymbals that suit the music like Green Day and Blink 182, as we are doing some cover versions, so I would like them to sound good =)

Oh btw, Tre Cool and Travis Barker dont use ZXT Cymbals, they use Custom K and A Zildjian cymbals..

oh i know they don't, but i've heard someplaces that travis did a few videos with ZXTs, and travis and tre are in the low end zildjian cymbal promos.

and 1 last thing, if you want cymbals that will sound esentially the same as A Customs, check out sabians Vault and AAX lines, because they are basically the same, but are cheaper

Triggen, only Tre used K's and A's. Travis uses Z Customs.

Try out A's if you have the money. If you want cheaper, try out Pro Sonix like Phil said.

If your looking for new cymbals and money is an issue, the A custom and A trad box sets are a solid choice. Ok, go on Zildjian.com and go on artists and search for Travis Barker and click on cymbal configuration. It will show his [B]current[/B] set up.

It also only shows his STUDIO setup. Which is completely different to his live setup.

It might not even be his studio set up. As he can use whatever he wants in the studio.

Anyway, So I might get A Custom Cymbals, would be alright? I was thinking 16in Medium Crash with a 16in Fast Crash. Is that alright for Green Day and Blink 182?

Dont buy a cymbal cause it fits a cover song. Buy it because you like the sound.
