i assumed he would be mixing bluegrass and banjo and stuff into black metal but it seems like it's just some shitty folk songs and some shitty black metal songs with no real interplay.

okay this song mixes it a bit but it's still stupid as fuck, it's just a break midway through the song where it fades from fuzzy black metal to a stompy banjo part then it just kinda fades into shoegazey sounding bullshit

it basically just alternates between bad renditions of folk traditionals and so-so black metal. weak.

yea there's some "folk metal" styled folk that transitions with the bm but the americana stuff is so disjointed and awkward, it's essentially stopgaps between generic 10-minute usbm
