I got kind of into the electronica thing for a little bit.

I got more into industrial and later Drum'n'Bass, but I never really delved that deep. I think trance and goa lose it's luster when you strip the drugs and crowds out.

I speed an awful lot because I'm usually entirely oblivious as to what road I'm on and what the speed limit is. I just gauge where I am by the buildings around me, and when someone is a big distance ahead of me, I speed up.
That's probably why my parents never let me drive anywhere.

Yes, I got one for going 69 in a 55, I had been going a lower speed before, but sped up slightly going down a hill, and which point they got me. I'm not such a crazy driver anymore, that was just a short period back in the day.

Damn, that sucks. I speed, but I'm so paranoid about getting a ticket that I slow down at the first glimpse of anything that looks remotely like a police car. Works, too.

I'm so paranoid because my dad has threatened to take away my car for a full year if I get a ticket. That...would suck.

Yeah....thats how I am now too. I'm thinking about getting a radar detector, just because I'm afraid, since under maryland driving laws I'd get my license suspended with a third ticket (provisional license still. :( ) I've gotten good at spotting the unmarked cars also, but the worst is when some old man is driving a crown vic and it looks like a cop car...kills me, haha.

Only got done once - and I didn't even mean to be speeding. I had just gotten out of bed on a Saturday, and had to drop something off ... so just cruising down the highway, cruise control on ... and just not concentrating and my foot slowly settled onto the accelerator and pushed me up to 127.

She has always been a guilty person, I think youve pretty much got it spot on actually. We're only 17, and I had come to terms with the fact it was never gonna last forever. But Its been a pretty clean break up (well, its meant to just be a "break", but lets not kid ourselves here) and I think we're gonna stay friends which is good, and ive certainly learned a lot

I agree with you about the speeding, just saying, hypocrisy isn't cool. However, the speed limits are rather absurdly low in most parts of the US, so slight speeding is not particularly dangerous. Its the excessive stuff thats bad. Oh, and detectors aren't illegal in most parts of the US, at least not in Maryland. Oh, and they don't use lidar all over the US, only in the places that have very high police budgets.
