Architects are probably my favorite. Poison The Well is really good too.

Misery Signals for sure. Converge is an obvious choice too, since they're probably the best one period. I also like The Acacia Strain, Unearth, and old Norma Jean.

Yes they do. I didn't like their really heavy stuff from way back as much as the spacey rock stuff they did later though.

rosesdead is by far my favorite metalcore band (save maybe Zombie Apocalypse) and one of my all time favorite bands

Buried Alive, 7 Angels 7 Plagues, Shai Hulud, Buried Inside, Burnt by the Sun, It Prevails, Life in Your Way, The Ghost Inside, For the Fallen Dreams, Kiss it Goodbye, Knut, The Secret, Oathbreaker, Taken and Hospital the Musical are all worth checking out to some degree.

If you want albums I'll give you a list of each of their best works.

those are some good bands, esp if youre into the melodic metalcore

can't stress Rosesdead and Zombie Apocalypse enough though, especially if you like those bands. also Shallow Water Grave, fordirelifesake, Miscreants, Thirty Nights of Violence
