Battlefront, from what ive played, is awesome, ive only been on a quick battle as rebels and empire on hot, and played in space above hoth with the rebels, its awesome. Playing as a jedi is hawt.
It is an amazing game. The only thing I have a problem with is that you can't get health for your hero's. They just have a limited time that they're around for, and whenever they get hit some of that time goes down. Go to Mos Eisley and play a game set on hunt. You should be able to get a hero/villian game going. It's pretty sweet. :thumb:

I love playing as Vader. He just walks around like he could care less that there's 30 men shooting at him. And then you just start cuttin' down everyone around you. It's so awesome :). On the Tantive IV you can have a blast doin' that.

billiejoe84 11-18-2005 12:31 PM

Speaking of awesome bands, check these guys out..

If you're looking for some new pop-punk'ish type stuff, they're pretty good.

I never had a headset when I first played on Live. It's not that big a deal, I just listened to my own music.

Yeah, they are pretty awesome. Although the intro to the song 'Insight' does sound worryingly like the intro to my band's newest song.

Ah well.

Dead Star 11-18-2005 12:44 PM

Do you need a headset anyway?

Untitled 11-18-2005 12:47 PM

Wow, I see them the 20th...they're crossing the country in 8 days :amaze:

Mute Print 11-18-2005 02:43 PM

I guess so. I wish they were headlining. but I couldn't get that lucky. Tickets were like $20 a piece too.

Psh. Nah.

I'm watching Bill Bailey, this guy is hilarious.

They aren't headlining? Suck. Who is?

/my show was also $20 and they headline :D

Mute Print 11-18-2005 02:46 PM

My Chemical Romance is headlining. I like them, but that means all the 12 year olds will be screaming over Gerard the whole time, and won't even care about Thrice. :-\

Circa Survive is the other support. They're incredibly boring, but oh well.

billiejoe84 11-18-2005 02:46 PM
Wow, I see them the 20th...they're crossing the country in 8 days :amaze:
I see Capdown on the 20th. Fun all round.

It'll be my first show in ages, unless you count the uni bands night I went to last night. I didn't really watch the bands though - since my band pulled out, the overall quality was pretty low.

I just played pool with my drummer instead and drank.

Oh dear :(

I saw Alk3 open for MCR, and it was comical. Like all the little 12 year olds were down in the pit, and I was hella far back. But within 10 minutes they'd all fled crying from the pit and I was nice and close :D

But yeah, that pit'll suck :-\

Mute Print 11-18-2005 02:51 PM

I hope their are enough people there for Thrice so that the pit will still be decent.

In other news, I managed to survive Bury Your Dead and Terror last night. It was insanely fun too.

I found out today that Less Than Jake are playingnear me in April next year.

Oh well, Peep Show tonight
