well, black Irish was a term that the British used to insult the Irish. See, we were farther down on the racial scale then the blacks. The only race that we were above were pigmies from south africa. So blacks were usually called "smoked irish" and we were often called "irish negroes". Yeah, so it was probably an irishman.... poor guy.

NMDS were weird when I saw them live. The guitarist broke a string twice during the set, so the singer had to spend a lot of time trying to tell jokes, and none of which were funny. It was awkward, really.


Still, an enjoyable perfomance and a great band.

It sucks so much when you brake a string at a show, the only thing worse is when a drummer goes through the snare or bass drum.

I've seen lots of people break strings, but luckily I've never been to a show where the drums got busted.

Public Access was actually the band who's trumpet broke. It was at SID2. But yeah, it's probably 18+, since Valentines usually is.

Today was pretty cool. I was at a festival and then my friends and I piled into this girl's car and one guy was laying across the three of us in the back (with like, 125245 cops there) and then we ditched those girls because they didn't have alcohol and were kinda boring and left the really shy kid with 6 girls.

Good times.

I dislike the phone as well. But ever since I was modded, I would sign on to AIM or MSN, and boom 10 IMs asking stupid questions. I do get on sometimes to talk to my cousin, or some other friends. But most people I want to talk to sign in to Soulseek.

And for my 11,000 post I shall recant the day.

I went to Chevy's for my brithday. It was me, my parents, my grandparents, and two of my cousins. There was good food had by all. I had steak fajitas. My grandpa actually went and told the guys it was my brithday, so they came around, gave me a sombrero and sang to me. Here is a picture taken with my cousin's camera phone

That was my night. It feels pretty good to be 18 I'd say.

For my 4,587th post, I say that if Nick is too old, maybe it's time I retire from the MX. I always said I would when I turned 21, anyway.
