I remember my brother collecting those. He put about 20 energy cards together and a few decent ones at the top to look like there was a load of good ones bundled up when he sold them out.

Sit back, ladies and gentlemen, and I shall tell thee a tale ...

basically, I get paid a week friday (about fu[size=2]cking[/size] time) from HMV, for the first time. Over the last month I've bled my money dry, begged, borrowed and considered stealing before just begging a bit more, for the money to get to and from work, which is 7 or 8 miles away. £3 each way, across 2 bus companies, so no day rider ticket or anything would apply. So £6 a day, 5 days a week over the last 5 weeks, £300. About £100ish of this has been borrowed from my parents, which they would love to give me but aren't exactly rolling in it at the moment, so I more than intend to give this back to them. I also need to pay the rent on my house next year; this weeks and next weeks, which comes to £112. The week after I get paid the next months rent is due (I wasn't able to give this months rent to them in one chunk, hence the £56 a week). This I am giving to them in one go; £250.

So;

I have no more money of my own.
By pay day I expect to be indebted by about £462 (though I want to get the £112 payed off before pay day.)

I worked out today how much I should be getting. 20hrs a week, 4 weeks, £5 an hour ... the grand total of ... £400.

So I'll have -£62 to spend how I wish over the [I]next[/I] month. And that's before you factor in the bus fare to and from work for August.

Pretty much all my plans for the last of this year are unravelling. I can't afford to so much as go wood shopping to get this fu[size=2]cking[/size] guitar started, my guitar strings are a month old and foul, making it unpleasant to practice, so even if I have time I don't, I can't afford the strings or the time to get my band going, I don't see how I can possibly have any money saved for next year, I'd wanted to get a cheaper, reasonable guitar, a strat or something for uni, so I can ease off my Les Paul and so that I'm not dependant on one pretty expensive instrument in the pretty rough bit of Leeds where I'm living next year ...

The worst bit is that I'm working really fu[size=2]cking[/size] hard at the moment. Every shift I do, add two hours either side to account for traveling (for instance, I'm doing 9-5 tomorrow, so I'm effectively doing 7-7. And the next day).

It's really, really not worth the effort

This is the girl who I almost kissed one night at Sumo but stopped it, she had been going through a rough patch with her bf but he's back from uni now and they're doing well.

Anyways, she was at my house tonight and we were layed together on my bed (eep) talking about stuff and it's such a twat. I wish she was single, I wish we could do that and I could not feel guilty about what I'm feeling and stuff.

Anyways.

I think tomorrow I should pull and forget about it.
