Kinda hard tbh.

You'd need at least a promotions/PR person and a tech person at the start.

MattSharpIsCool 02-14-2007 08:16 PM

I had to go into work, now I fear I may be on my last legs.

i am a robot 02-14-2007 08:17 PM

oh hmm

maybe someday when i can afford to invest in that kind of project

though i'd rather open my own recording studio and hire full time technicians

edit: seth if you die i want your collection of games and dvds your parents can have everything else

that would be more expensive i'm pretty sure. for one thing the cost of real estate versus just maintaining a server is huge I'm sure. It's mostly getting people to pay to subscribe that's hard. You' be better off making money on ads and making it freeware. The problem with the internet is everything is free..

I dont have too many games, but they're yours.

I might have to take my growing film collection to the grave, though. Let me give that one some thought.

i am a robot 02-14-2007 08:43 PM

you can't watch movies in hell come on man

MattSharpIsCool 02-14-2007 08:45 PM

Hmmm, ya, I guess that could be feasible.

So we had a "snow storm" last night. I'm looking outside now into what looks like a desert. There's sand ALL over every snow drift. I feel like I'm lost on Tatooine. Upon waking up this morning, I saw this..

Dinosawesome 02-15-2007 08:17 AM

You never worked well with our group,
Not with the faults we found.
So we fixed you with cement galoshes.
And noone can save you now.
Unless you have friends among fish,
There'll still be no air to breathe.
You could drink up the entire ocean,
We'll still find someone to be everything we know that you'll never be.

Is it just me, or is that one of the most beautiful stanza of poetry ever written? It's the bridge from Luca by Brand New. I fell in love with it when I first heard it in early November, and 4 months later I still cannot get over how perfect it is.

Dead Star 02-15-2007 10:04 AM

So I'm in the process of getting ready to go and see The Bouncing Souls.

Excitement++

Neoteric 02-15-2007 10:31 AM

Where?

The Cathouse?

Mudkip 02-15-2007 01:14 PM

bouncing souls ftw

Neoteric 02-15-2007 01:28 PM

I just downloaded a Bouncing Souls album.

Anchors Aweigh, looking around, I see it isn't their best album but it was the only one available for fast download.

Mudkip 02-15-2007 02:08 PM

i hope you can't get banned for telling the aristocrats joke

Neoteric 02-15-2007 02:11 PM

Neoteric 02-15-2007 04:39 PM

Seems about right.

Anglachel 02-15-2007 09:08 PM

The Aristocrats was always funny

cobert 02-15-2007 09:38 PM

Got an 1840 on my SAT's.

Eliminator 02-15-2007 09:40 PM

Is that good or something

Anglachel 02-15-2007 09:42 PM

Is that good or bad?

/Canadian

cobert 02-15-2007 09:49 PM

Everyone says its good.

The collegeboard site gives a bs 'well no score is exactly average lool' to try to make idiots feel good. First off, the test is out of 2400. I did better than 87% in reading, 76% in math, and 79% in writing, so I guess i did pretty good. Finally, some of the kids that are smarter (or like to think theyre smarter than everyone but theyre just pompous assholes) got 1520, 1660, and 1770, and the smartest kid probably in our school got a 1960.

So yeah, I guess I did pretty good.

Anglachel 02-15-2007 09:50 PM

cobert 02-15-2007 10:07 PM

thx d00d

Eliminator 02-15-2007 10:08 PM

I'm pretty dumb.

MattSharpIsCool 02-15-2007 10:13 PM

There must be different versions of the SAT or something, because I was under the impression 1600 was a perfect score.

Either way, you're pretty much a genius.

There's a new SAT.

Anglachel 02-15-2007 10:28 PM

As vince said, theres a new system.

I still dont feel like 1840 is that great, maybe I just havent seen enough people scores to realize I did good.
