Wow, that was kinda sad! I rang up this girl who im "more than friends" with and shes at hers getting drunk with her girlfriends. She said I should ring her at midnight when she would definately be in bed. I ring up (and have to whisper because its late and parents are asleep a nd my cordless phone is terrible) and someone else answers and is like "whos this?!?" so im whispering, then one of her friends shouts "oh my god! I think he's tossing off!" (tossing off means masturbating) so i say "pardon?!?" Then she hangs up!

Actually no, the girl would be innocent. Funny system, really. I think it kind of assumes that no 15 year old boy [u]could[/u] be raped by a 15 year old girl. The whole system's pretty messed up at that level, but so is 15 year old sex, so meh.


Oh, but check [i]this[/i] out - the girl could be consenting, then change her mind afterwards, and press charges, and they'd be upheld.

It's really best to steer clear of the whole area until she, at least, is 16.

Well... seems weird to me, but I guess it didn't when I was 15.

Honestly, from the standpoint of a handful of years later on, I don't think anyone is fully mentally prepared at 15, though they may think they are.
