do a whole lot of psychedelics and dismantle your reality. take apart your ego and then put it back together. deconstruct your consciousness. you'll either come out of it happy or you'll spend the rest of your days in the psych ward. either it'd be a fun experiment :)

AA-12 11-06-2008 06:17 PM

damn dude you dont have to be so angry

masscows 11-06-2008 06:18 PM

ok here's what I ate today

vitamin/mineral supplement
2 pieces of peanut butter toast and a big glass of milk (I'm told dairy/wheat/nut protein combo or whatever=a whole protein or something maybe kind of)
a soy faux chicken sandwich with cheese and tomato sauce
some more cheese and some apples

idk I don't think anything's wrong with my diet

That's pretty good, except make sure you're drinking lots of water + exercising.

masscows 11-06-2008 06:25 PM

I walk a mile to and from school 2-3 times a day and drink shittons of iced tea that I brew periodically

my diet isn't the problem is what I'm saying, I've gotta make some other improvements

i'm js that diet can have a positive or negative impact on where those highs and lows occur and how deep they are

this comes from experience.
Diet/exercise is everything.

You cannot be mentally or spiritually healthy if you are not physically healthy.

Period.

Generally speaking anything that comes from an animal will have a complete protein (all the components needed to build human muscle), where anything that comes from a plant will be incomplete. There are exceptions to this rule, such as Quinoa, a grain that inherently has complete protein (and is also quite delicious). Nuts and legumes nicely complement and fill in the incomplete protein from grains, which is why beans+rice, bread+peanut butter, etc. are common meals.

masada 11-06-2008 06:33 PM

or because ppl think they taste good togetherr D:

You can choose to overlook the unity of mind, body and spirit, but none will ever work to full capacity unless the other two are also cared for.
