Its very nice, EXTREMELY LOUD (545 watts!). Great lowend and very versatile, lots of nice features. It has nice growl, I haven't unlocked the secret to uber-growl yet tho. I am very happy that I bought it. However, if you have the money, splurge on a Mesa Boogie Big Block 750 with powerhouse 1000 cab *drools*. That is my dream setup. That with a Ric 4003 in mapleglo.

I can't wait till when I have a 2x12 and a 2x10...800 watts mono, 400x2 stereo. :D

yea, i dont have money. is the 1001rb the same as the 1001rb-II just not as nicely finished?? i dont ahve much money.

Ive played the OLP MM 4 string. Man If I had known about that before I got my first bass... Its awesome for the price.
