I wish I were a Snorlax...

I could just sleep all day and not have to worry about anybody catching me ever because the silly game is entirely illogical and you have to get a fricken' flute and that's just too much effort and stuff....

I saw Donnie Darko a really long time ago. It was okay. But I don't have time to download it.

Aaron 10-31-2006 06:13 PM

How hot is Gretchen in it [aka Jenna Malone]!

Janeway 10-31-2006 06:15 PM

Pretty hot if you like gigantic foreheads.

Loser 10-31-2006 06:16 PM

Not as bad as Christina Ricci.

Janeway 10-31-2006 06:19 PM

Ricci looks like an 11 year old girl, though.

I could fuck her and satisfy my pedopheliac urges without actually breaking the law. I could use her forehead as a bedside table, too.

Aaron 10-31-2006 06:24 PM

lol. Do you pronounce it for-head or for-ed?

Bonham#1! 10-31-2006 06:26 PM

Donnie Darko was ok, but the fat asian chick didn't have enough to do with the plot.

Loser 10-31-2006 06:26 PM

Proper english doesn't have a silent "h" in "head," so I'd guess it's for-head.

About the fat asian chick, Chut up!

Brokensticks 10-31-2006 06:26 PM

You could almost use it as a bed, give her a few years.

Janeway 10-31-2006 06:27 PM

For-head

Us here northerners annunciate.

Edit: I got a 92 on an essay about a book I only read half of...

And she knew I only read half of it. How does that happen?

Win A Rabbit 10-31-2006 06:38 PM

Janeway, you should download some Stella and watch that. I love Stella.

I'm working on a Stella stencil right now, as I've been craving a Stella shirt for so long.

Loser 10-31-2006 06:41 PM

Stella is really good at being really really close to funny but not quite there.

I would love to, but it is very difficult and expensive to record drums, sorry.

apart from the fact I suck at drums, that's why I'm not doing it myself

but I know there are people here with the facility

hopefully who can't stand the thought of me using programmed drums

TTTSNB 10-31-2006 08:06 PM

I love playing along to Morbid Angel, Suffocation, Mayhem on an electronic kit. Would kill everyone in the building, but no one hears me now. :)

White Riot! 10-31-2006 08:27 PM

Man I found another drum store to go to for hunting for vintage drums!

:p If I find anything exciting Aaron , I will let you know :thumb:

Aaron 10-31-2006 09:32 PM

Hehe excellent. I just did some purchasing too:
Fender Squire J Bass
Gibraltar Kick Practice Rig [the ones you clamp pedals on].

White Riot! 10-31-2006 09:36 PM

I found a Beverly Arcolite type drum at previous store I was at.

Hand in premier factory , I am guessing. I'll take a further look at it

HeLLmO 10-31-2006 10:16 PM

The Beets are amazing

Aaron 10-31-2006 10:22 PM

Yeps. I'll have that, a 14" snare with a mesh head, and a 8" rubber practice pad as my ride for my practice setup as soon as the mesh head arrives.

Plan B. 10-31-2006 11:43 PM

Guys, check out the new Gadd groves on drummerworld.

ZOMG....

Win A Rabbit 10-31-2006 11:43 PM

God I hate my friends sometimes.

We had plans for 4 of us to hang out at one friend's house and hand out candy until 9, until the rest get home. So I call her at 6, and ask when we're getting together. "Umm, I'm just staying at home tonight... [her boyfriend] might come over later, maybe. Wanna hang out sometime this week though?"

"... Umm, sure. Have fun, I guess."

"The rest of them will be home in what, 3 hours? Bye."

It's 9:30 now and they're not home. And I know that one of them's not going to want to do anything, and the other's going with his girlfriend to a party. Boring.

We didn't even have many trick-or-treaters. Maybe 40 at most.

Tonight blew. :(

Josiah 10-31-2006 11:45 PM

I always love covers from the 70's... (to the gadd thing)

40? Jesus, we had like 25, if that. There were like three small groups, and two huge ones, comprised of prebuscent girls using Halloween as an excuse to be sluts.

It's funny to sit by the window and watch them walk up, then stop suddenly when my dog starts barking at them.

I am so sitting on my porch with a fake shotgun next year. Fuckin' moochers.

Aaron 11-01-2006 12:38 AM

I greeted the one that came around with a saucing pan and no shirt on. Needless to say he ran for the hills.

Seafroggys 11-01-2006 01:17 AM

the only trick or treaters we had? One, and that was me coming home from college :D

It was less then anything we've ever had in the past. We don't have any more kids on this road (dead end street in the country), and the one or two that we do usually just go elsewhere.

Futuro 11-01-2006 01:19 AM

trick er treat, smell my feet, gimmie something good to eat, if you dont, i dont care, imma burn down your house bitch.

Corkofski 11-01-2006 02:21 AM

nice futuro

Sunshine 11-01-2006 02:32 AM

My mom bought 5 bags of candy.

There's still like 2 1/2 left.

Which means I get ALL the Snickers...it was the last bag my mom was going to give out. Every year --- last bag is Snickers, just so I get the leftovers <3

I love putting the candy in order.
