the only pedal i have is a Boss flange, BF-3, which is really cool. it's actually my brother's who plays guitar, but it has input for both guitar and bass.

hmm.. i like and play everything i can. Any style, band would be nice. Slap bass would be cool, but im also up for some fast picking and or tapping.

anything other than root notes. Not saying that anything other than root notes is intermediate... i just want something that will get my hands working

why don't you try something like Moonlight Sonata done by Stu Hamm?

you say tapping, but i don't know you're skill level with it.
if you're able to do it well enough though, not necessarily an expert at it, that is a good song to try.

i can the intro to it, its a good song, but im looking for a song thats a bit different

I find Teen Town's intro catchy as hell but I'd much rather learn Continuum. I learned the intro to Teen Town and thus, I am set.
