Anyway, my first day of high school was today and it OWNED.

After school, I get to do anything I want!!!

I take the bus home so when I wanna go home I just take the city bus.

Anyway since me and my friend had nothing to do, we went to my middle school and got her sister and walked back and had lunch at Volcano Burger. Twas too fun.

I know that was beside the point of this whole thread, but I wanted to post it somewhere without making a spam thread and having a bunch of Aug 04'ers telling me to "STFU WHO CARES NOOB".

You know, I'm an August 04'er.

magicbus 09-09-2004 07:14 PM

What's Volcano Burger?

Woodstock 09-09-2004 07:15 PM

Probably some fast food line.

magicbus 09-09-2004 07:18 PM

None near Detroit.

Woodstock 09-09-2004 07:19 PM

None near Toledo. I'm an hour away from you.

Anyways, Echoes by Pink Floyd and 1983(A Merman I Should Turn To Be) by Jimi Hendrix. Two of my current favorite songs, havent listened to them in like a year, but I have a new love for them.

RockAndRoll 09-09-2004 08:01 PM

ah I can't wait to start working so i can buy more cd's/drum stuff! I only wish I could work with my headphones on.

That's what I spend all the money from my job on. You can never have enough CD's or Drum stuff.

I mostly just want to upgrade my stuff right now. Ya, I start work in a few days. I don't like kazaa at all anymore though, I haven't used it in quite a while I'm hoping to eventually have all that stuff on CD.

MalcolmYoungRock 09-09-2004 08:08 PM

Its just a burger place. Theres only one. Its not a chain i think...

magicbus 09-09-2004 08:09 PM

I spend a lot of my money from work on cds and movies. Soon I'll be spending it on a new guitar :thumb:
You know, I'm an August 04'er.
I meant the retarded august and september 04'ers

lunch998 09-09-2004 08:10 PM

It's something about me now where I like to have the actual CD, not downloaded or a burned copy. I like having the cover and the artwork and all.

I mow lawns for my money ;) , and find a lot on the school floors ;) x2

And I of course buy CD's, and sometimes I'll be risky and buy a double disc when I have the money instead of buying two different CD's :D

I live a sad life.

MalcolmYoungRock 09-09-2004 08:14 PM

Yes you do Badmoon. Yes you do.

Just kidding.

I used to mow lawns. Until I got sick of it.

The fricking kids at my school are like penny pinchers.

They're like OMG A DOLLAR then everybody kills each other for it.

Its so hard to get money :upset:

I shovel driveways in the winter, I enjoy because it pays well for how long you work and you can listen to music while doing it.

Badmoon 09-09-2004 08:18 PM

^Me too. I work with a shovel so they realize I'm actually working hard, not like those snow blower fags. Plus I don't have a snow blower :(

magicbus 09-09-2004 08:20 PM

Yea I like owning the cds. Respect to the band too.

MalcolmYoungRock 09-09-2004 08:22 PM

And the bands get the money they deserve

I burned led zeppelin II :upset:

Badmoon 09-09-2004 08:22 PM

Yea, I have about 300 now.

RockAndRoll 09-09-2004 08:29 PM

Ya I am lacking in the snow blower department. Which can really suck when you've got a few feet of snow on the driveway.

*is green with envy*

PinkFreud 09-09-2004 08:36 PM

ah man. in one of my classes we took this survey and evaluated how much time we spend on media and how much money. mine was sad. 42 hours a week and 75 dollars a month. ****.

¿ Zed Leppelin ? 09-09-2004 08:36 PM

Wow I'm glad to see that so many people are into classic rock, this thread never dies. Most kinds of music are just trends and people eventually get over it, but classic rock is discovered by every generation and is still popular 30 years later.

Anyone have a question about Bob Dylan that you think I won't get cause it could be fun... mainly for me.

magicbus 09-10-2004 01:38 PM
