Recording an album and playing as many shows as possible.
The album is almost completely written and I'm really excited about it. Other than that, I'll probably go on another camping trip with my friends and keep working my lame Mon-Fri job.
Cool, man. I'm going to be working too, but I've got a lot going on. My girlfriend and I are taking a week long trip to Montreal and Quebec City in about a month. Hoping to meet up with Jesse to have a few beer (few dozen, that is). I've got graduation in May. Then my friend gets back from his Eurotrip in June and we're putting together a band (you should check the tracks in my thread ;)). We're both taking a year off of school, so we can just dedicate ourselves to writing music. I've got my cousin's wedding to go to in July/August, which will be a good time. We're staying at a night resort in Nova Scotia for 3 days, lots of good food and beach time. Then I'm moving out by the end of summer, and will just do whatever the hell I want for the next year. |

Is it your Hearth And Salamander friend, or some other guy you're planning on playing with? Are you moving in with your girlfriend, with a friend/friends, or just totally on your own? |

And, yeah, it's the other guy from the Hearth and Salamander, although we'll be adding in other people and probably changing our name. We're just keeping it under the H&S moniker for now, just because it's easier. |

What other members are you planning to add to the band? It's just you on bass and him on guitar right now, right? |
I'm totally moving tomorrow. Weird.
Anyways, whatup? |
I'm totally moving tomorrow. Weird.

Hey, me too! And I'm getting my 'own' address in a month. |

She's a lovely lady, and puts up with me, so that's all I can ask for. And the sex is good. >_> We're looking for a guitar + bass + keys + drums set up, plus vocals (done by Jeremy on guitar, so that's a non-issue). I may be play keys, actually. We're going to see which instrument it's easier to find (keys or bass), and then I'll play the other one, haha. I'm doing about 70% of the digital instrumentation on these songs (I wrote all of the last one), so I don't mind playing keys live. |
I've lived in the same house my entire life, and I'm finally moving out. I'm pretty stoked, except I'm one hell of a poor bastard and rent isn't gonna help much... I need another bass dammit.
Does she cook? Putting up with you+good sex+good food=win. Vegan=suck. All in all, the good food and the being vegan thing kinda balances out. Sometimes I just want a ****ing burger though. |

She cooks bacon the best out of anyone I've ever come across, though, so that's major points in her favour. |
Its hard to find women who can cook now-a-days.

shmucks ... learn to cook yourselves
from what i've learnt, girls actually like having meals cooked for them (unless you're useless) lucky i can cook then PLUS if you're living in a share house, you'll get to have whatever you want for dinner, provided you can cook it, AND you shouldn't have to do the dishes cause you cooked. win+win = doubley win |
I've never heard of it, but that's an absolutely ludicrous price. The most I've ever paid/heard of paying for a full ounce of any weed is $300. The best stuff I've ever had never cost more than that, and I couldn't really imagine anything better than the best I've had.
Depending on the chronic, I've paid up to $300, but my buddy has paid $400 for an ounce of Alaskan Thunder****. Wish I had known him and smoked back then (so that I could have tried it). I'm actually out of weed and legal stuff, and I plan on staying this way for a while. |

This girl I have coming over tonight is Italian, can cook, loves beer and dirt romping, has decent taste in music, and is by far one of the most fun/random people I've ever met. |
Have any new audio/live videos up and about? It's been a while since I've been around so I'm out of touch.
So that Portishhead album that FMB didn't upload and I didn't download is pretty ace.
I agree. The album I, and I alone, have is phenomenal. Shame you haven't been able to hear it because I haven't uploaded it so that you can't download it. |

Extremely might be a stretch, but I wouldn't turn her out of my bed.
Edit: Actually, yeah. She's pretty decent. Hit it, Joe. Hit it like the fist of an angry god. |

the topic is cyanide.
it's for my toxicology class ... so it has to be pretty scientific. but i'm planning on spending a section about the jonestown massacre, which is more interesting than topics i'm used to writing about. |
I have a creative non-fiction piece due today for which I haven't decided what I want to write about yet.
|
creative non-fiction? wtf is that?
write a poem about a sunset. |
