I love Chicken Shit conformist, thats my favorite track on Bedtime.

El_Shiznit 06-08-2005 08:12 PM

I love Bedtime. I bought it last on purpose because I heard bad things about it. But once I finally got it, I was pleasantly surprised. It's a solid album from start to finish in my opinion.

CombatRock 06-08-2005 08:34 PM
I feel the same way. But i bought it on vynil cause the artwork on the cover is amazing.
guns_of_brixton 06-08-2005 08:44 PM

For some really good DK tabs check out http://www.stevestabs.cjb.net
There is an awesome tab for Kill the Poor and some others. Not a whole lot of songs because the guy stoped tabbing and didnt update often when he did.

guns_of_brixton 06-09-2005 03:54 PM
are you just going to post it in this thread or some were else?
I'll post it on Music Gypsy and possibly here.

sketchyjoe 06-09-2005 04:45 PM

My minm-review of FFFRV for the Top 100 is one of my favourite things I've written.

Macdaddy 06-09-2005 04:51 PM

Sorry if someone covered this in the 23 pages i cant be bothered to read...

but i read that he choose the name Jello Biafra because the U.S government in response to the famine in Biafra sent an aid package of jello.

Pretty sure its true as well.

Aeaon 06-09-2005 04:52 PM

Has anyone ever played When Ya Get Drafted on guitar? And how easy/hard is it?

sketchyjoe 06-09-2005 04:53 PM

He's claimed he chose it out of a notebook of possible names because he like the contrasting image of the two names of the corporate American product and the war town African country.

Anxious 06-09-2005 04:55 PM

We learned about Biafra in history. The country not the guy.

guns_of_brixton 06-09-2005 04:57 PM
Has anyone ever played When Ya Get Drafted on guitar? And how easy/hard is it?
It sounds pretty easy.

metty16 06-09-2005 04:57 PM

guns_of_brixton 06-09-2005 04:59 PM

If there is a tab I'll learn it now and tell you.

Let's Chop Cats! 06-09-2005 05:01 PM

It's easy. I made a really crappy tab up on mx, but it's probably the closest to correct.

Aeaon 06-09-2005 05:03 PM

Thanks. I think I'll give it a try.

CombatRock 06-09-2005 05:04 PM
We learned about Biafra in history. The country not the guy.
i learned about it as well. in my freshman world history, but its summer now, im not in school.
