I've always enjoyed his singing, I started listening Maiden with Di'Anno before I heard Bruce.

Iron Maiden is so good they make me turn them off and play something else whenever they come on.

they are just so talented that i would never dare to listen to them, the mere mortal that i am.

and any of you who dare listen to iron maiden or blasphmous heathen who will surely feel the wrath of an angry maiden if you do not stop doing this.

Thanks for the insight Frail. Can any other bassists here do a little of the two-finger triplets? I can do them sometimes if I build up speed.

you'll hear it pop up in alot of bands now and then, but no one really uses it for their foundation of the songs like Harris does, basically because it would be like mimicing his style to much. Lost Horizon does it quite often actually, download "sworn in the metal wind" for a good example. I hear some prog rockers do it occasionally, but mostly for fills to match snare or double bass rolls. I think it helps to go in decending order with your fingers, "ring, middle, pointer" over and over, but some people prefer it the other way around.

OMG!!! i just saw maiden live in concert (in montreal) and they blew my mind!!!!!!
I wasn't such a huge fan but i loved they're music, and i had heard a bit off of dance of death, but they're live performance was mindblowing, with the giant reaper in the backgraound and eddie comming on stage, and the the guitarist with the white guitar throwing his guitar six times 30 feet up in the air and catching it, and the way bruce would just dance in front of the drum

never an excuse!!! I drove 3 hours on an exam night to see Blind Guardian and Symphony X, than back afterwards to study....there is no excuse when it comes to metal, espially MAIDEN!!!!

Maiden will stop touring for a while after this tour...so yea..its well worth it even with exams

It would take me 8 hours to get to montreal, so if I left right after exams which is like 11 am, I would get there at around 7:30 pm and then go to the show, leave at 10:30 - 11 pm get home at like 7:30 am then go to school and my body can't handle that, so shut up.
