You've obviously never had Modern Apizza
The best pizza in the world is obviously in NY, not CT.

And any pizza that substitutes tomato sauce with buffalo sauce is DISGUSTING.
That's not how they make it. It's basically a plain pizza with buffalo chicken and it's sauce on top of the pizza.
Hawaiian is Canadian Bacon and Pineapple.
Ugh, I dislike Canadian bacon and Pineapple sucks. What a bad combo.

faith and fiction 01-29-2006 10:06 PM

The few I've had were buffalo sauce, cheese, and the chicken on it. Maybe the tomato sauce would be a good buffer from the spicy but who knows.

But the best pizza is still in NY.

This is true, but one good pizza place in CT does not make up for the array of amazing places in NY.
Indian food is terrible. Curie is the worst thing I have ever eaten in my life.
It's spelled "curry". And saying "I don't like curry" is like saying "I don't like sauce". It's a very broad term.
I just ate some quesadillas and i plan on making rice, peas, corn, and carrots with chinese chili cabbage, w/ broth, and chow mein noodles.
I thought you were vegan?
Hawaiian is Canadian Bacon and Pineapple.
Canadian bacon, pineapple, and anchovies = best pizza ever.

http://www.startavern.com/ - Some of the best pizza in the eastern half of this country, and it's in NJ. NY pizza is still good though.

vegetarian holmes, i havent made the plunge into veganism yet.

cbmartinez 01-29-2006 10:16 PM

No Shane, it doesn't substitute tomato sauce with buffalo sauce. It's just plain pizza with basically wings on the top. You like buffalo don't you? Imagine that but on top of some fly pizza.

Best pizza is in new york, no doubt.

Let's Chop Cats! 01-29-2006 10:16 PM

Being from NJ Chris I demand that you make the like 2 hour trip to the Star Tavern.

cbmartinez 01-29-2006 10:19 PM

Only if you come to Princeton to eat at this place Conte's. Best pizza I've ever had. They have super thin crust so me and my family order like 4 pies and I can eat like 6-10 slices.

Let's Chop Cats! 01-29-2006 10:22 PM

Chris your not understanding me. Star Tavern. Has the best. Pizza in NJ. It's a scientific fact. I'm not even saying this just to make an argument. It's legit. Amazing.

NewKindofArmy03 01-29-2006 10:23 PM

I haven't even tried the famous places in Philly. Lorenzo's on South St. is the one that everybody says is the best, i'll need to stop there sometime.

Wooster Street > all new york

cbmartinez 01-29-2006 10:23 PM

Okay, I'll try it. I'm telling you to come try some of this super fly pizza down here. I guarantee you'll like it.

I wanna hit up Pat's and/or Gino's for some steaks when I come see you guys play.

NewKindofArmy03 01-29-2006 10:28 PM

You're coming to see us play? We have a show in South Philly Saturday, both of those places are around there I guess.

RouteOne 01-29-2006 10:29 PM

Ok, best steak ever is at Delmonico's.

cbmartinez 01-29-2006 10:29 PM

Well, eventually I'll come see you. Hopefully this summer. If not, when I can drive I'll most definitely come and see you guys.

Nahhhhhh nothing like some aged New York Steak. It's so good Earth Crisis would eat it.

Let's Chop Cats! 01-29-2006 10:46 PM

Bob do you know any good Cheesesteak places around the First Uni? I'm thinking about going to see Ignite there instead of the s'hit place here.

NewKindofArmy03 01-29-2006 10:49 PM

Nah, sorry. I eat at that Red Boots pizza place across the street.

I might go to that show, i'm not sure. If it doesnt sell out, i'd go.

NewKindofArmy03 01-31-2006 03:56 PM

Does anyone know anything about recording? If a place says as an estimate it usually takes 1 hour for 1 minute of music, does that include mixing?

I found this great studio for 25 an hour but I have to book it by tonight because as of tomorrow, their rates are $40 an hour.

Let's Chop Cats! 01-31-2006 04:02 PM

I don't know if it includes mixing, but recording can be a pain in the ***. If you're willing to wait I'd look for someone who has like a 4 track demo package or something, that way you don't have to worry about wasting time.
