downloadin some sweet jap animal photographs
Download some Shigeo Takuda features. I can't imagine a 74 year old Jap pornstar making anything but hilarious movies. Apparently he stars in a series about a retirement home.

Jev 09-14-2009 12:01 PM

I quit my job at a care home yesterday and 21 people died in the year and a half i was there.

Angmar 09-14-2009 12:02 PM

I could never work at a place like that.

Morumbar 09-14-2009 12:03 PM

Ah Alex is taking a break apparently.

I'm reading Shadow Fall by James Clemens atm. Book is pretty dark and gloomy.

~*~dark and gloomy~*~

Tyler 09-14-2009 12:04 PM

Greyhounds are kinda cute in a gangly sort of way but they're really unhealthy.

Jev 09-14-2009 12:05 PM

Shadows Fall ROOL

edit: yeah, my whippet (basically a greyhound)became overweight and died of a stroke :-/

Morumbar 09-14-2009 12:06 PM
~*~dark and gloomy~*~
The book beats jap animal photographs tbh.

chuffed 09-14-2009 12:07 PM

Angmar 09-14-2009 12:08 PM

I'm finally reading The Silmarillion.

Tyler 09-14-2009 12:09 PM

It's probably more fun to say "Silmarillion" than it is to actually read it.

Morumbar 09-14-2009 12:10 PM
I'm finally reading The Silmarillion.
Still need to buy that one sometime. And The Children Of Hûrin.

chuffed 09-14-2009 12:11 PM

chuffed 09-14-2009 12:13 PM

Txus 09-14-2009 12:14 PM

I'm currently reading The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen: The Black Dossier , it's pretty good so far.

Six Foot Revolver 09-14-2009 12:16 PM

reading a collection of tom waits interviews

Permanent Solution 09-14-2009 12:20 PM

I'm reading a Lovecraft anthology.
It's probably more fun to say "Silmarillion" than it is to actually read it.
I enjoyed it except for the genealogies that popped in from time to time.

Tyler 09-14-2009 12:22 PM

Only Lovecraft I've read was (obviously) Call of Cthulhu. It was so good but I really think it should have been longer. I'll read more since they're all public domain.

chuffed 09-14-2009 12:23 PM

lovecraft is annoying

I picked up this on sale awhile ago and am going through it (Oddly, the MSRP is $13...must have been really rare, and I got it for about $8)
http://cgi.ebay.com/HP-LOVECRAFT-THE-FICTION-COMPLETE-UNABRIDGED-HC_W0QQitemZ200381826194QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUS_Fiction_Books?hash=item2ea7b00492&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14

It's nice because it gives backgrounds and notes on each story and so forth. B&N editions of classics are really the way to go.

Tyler 09-14-2009 12:29 PM

Nah, free editions of books that you can legally get for free are the way to go. I mean, short stories mostly but isn't that all he really did anyways? I just read them on my iPhone on the subway and it's perfect.

Silenius 09-14-2009 12:31 PM
I'm reading a Lovecraft anthology.
Lovecraft ftw.

Reading Kierkegaard - Either/Or atm.

Meh, I like physical books. Don't do any book reading digitally, just class reading.

Plus apparently this has appreciated 500% since I bought it...
