Bros before hoes is stupid in one sense because no guy is gonna ditch the opportunity to get laid just because his guy friends wanna hang but I think the general idea behind it is that you shouldn't just like abandon your friends and start ignoring their existence/ditching them because you have a girlfriend. I've had friends who did this and when they break up with their gf and come crying to us there isn't usually a lot of sympathy involved lol.
