Wow, that must have taken a whole 15 seconds to design!
I thought that, i did think, "i wonder how many thousands of pounds went into designing that, insted of being given to us in profit share."
They should go with something a bit more like this:

haha nice work!

My cons were in a right state, they ripped right up the side when I went on my tip toes. So I sewed them back up

FVG27 04-29-2007 12:40 PM

He he XD I added smiley faces on the front a second ago as well. Ah the more screwed up cons get the better :p

Unsurprisingly.

NP - Through The Eyes Of The Dead - When Everything Becomes Nothing (love this band absolutely amazing)

Untitled 04-29-2007 02:44 PM

It was obvious from the first match they would win :(

2muchket! 04-29-2007 02:47 PM

True. Hope this new coach can sort our ODI form out.

Dr Hooch 04-29-2007 04:24 PM
Ohhhh, Dr Who was good.

Unsurprisingly.
I dunno, i thought it was a bit too over-righteous, lots of "good vs evil" speeches kind of episode.

Untitled 04-29-2007 04:38 PM
I dunno, i thought it was a bit too over-righteous, lots of "good vs evil" speeches kind of episode.
Yeah there was tbh.

But i thought it was a good twist with Dalek Seck wanting become more humain and the dr was like "wtf, your a dalek..."

No doubt they will be back in the last 2 episodes of this series aswell. Well Dalek Kahn will, and he would of found an army or something.
True. Hope this new coach can sort our ODI form out.
Yeah, same, as long as our Test form dosnt get affected, appart from the last year or so, they have been good in tests.

Is anyone else disappointed with all the new comedy coming out at the moment?

Peep Show is good, but really that's not new.

Patrick O))) 04-29-2007 06:08 PM

hey guys

I'm not dissapointed as such. Some new stuff came out, which I gave a go, and wasn't that bad. It is just new series of stuff though

Pastorius 04-29-2007 06:15 PM

Rush Hour came out on BBC3, which I was really excited about, because it was written by Charlie Brooker and had Adam Buxton (one of Britain's funniest comedians in my opinion) in it. Now Buxton's scenes were funny, and he does a great radio spoof, but as with a lot of sketch shows, the scenes got a bit too repetitive. The joke was coming but I just wasn't looking forward to it in the same way I look forward to say, a Fast Show gag.

I think understatement goes a very long way in comedy.

Patrick O))) 04-29-2007 06:36 PM

BBC3 has yet to do anything worthy of it's own airtime

Have you seen Screen Wipe with Charlie Brooker though?

Fuck me

Pastorius 04-29-2007 06:51 PM

No, but I really want to!

It's just him moaning about bad telly isn't it?

Patrick O))) 04-29-2007 07:07 PM

Pretty much

http://youtube.com/watch?v=7NnhN6gG_CE

It's one of the single funniest things I have ever seen on tv

That, Arrested Development and Simpsons

Pastorius 04-29-2007 07:15 PM

Ever seen Armando Ianucci?

The Armando Ianucci Shows is my favourite comedy series of all comedy. He is probably the best writer alive.

Here's a clip I love from The Armando Ianucci Shows.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tJCd-F4VDaU&mode=related&search=

He also devised The Thick Of It, wrote Alan Partridge, did Armando Ianucci's Time Trumpet. Check that clip for some awkward comedy that is way better than Gervais in my opinion. Not to belittle Gervais, but Ianucci is just sublime.

Afternoon UK :D

Work was great today, it zooooooooooooooomed by. I won a cookie too >_<
Had college then walked to mum's and bought my first ice pole of the year. By god it was great. Well worth the wait from last summer.

I couldn't watch that because the camera is always shaking about and it pisses me off.

2muchket! 04-30-2007 12:18 PM

I love Charlie Brooker's Screen Wipe. His defence of games on one episode made me feel proud to be a gamer. Plus a prank phone call he did concerning GTA is hilarious.

Them are 3 of my favourite genres

Bad music is - Anything remotely metal, i really have not found any of it i like

Dead Star 04-30-2007 02:11 PM

tbh I despise The Klaxons.

I'm not a huge fan of all this indie rave going on atm either, new indie bands bore me also.

But dance can be good sometimes. see: Daft Punk

Polyamarous 04-30-2007 02:14 PM

I feel sorry for the Klaxons, for they cannot compete against the awesome power of the smashing pumpkins.
