Basically, it will be a very similar model.

What this means, is anything you contribute to an open-source project (media (music/art), d0cumentation, translation, coding, management, etc) would potentially count as work for the company (although it will be emphasized to do inter-company work, there will be no contract clause which says you [i]have[/i] to).

Honestly, I haven't really planned it that much, I have a basic image for how I see it working, I will try to guide it towards that, probably with out providing any formal d0cumentation/plan....

There's already GNU/Linux as the operating system, but we can find an open source project and support it, or create a new project etc.

I'm thinking of doing hardware as well, but that could be very difficult, so it's perhaps an expansion in the future.
